y. c.total beginner to the gym but Malcolm was super patient and encouraging throughout! managed to learn how to use the different machines with the right form with his guidance!
definitely saw a difference in both posture and figure after my few sessions with Malcolm (including diet and lifestyle habits)! highly recommend Malcolm to anyone for a PT to work with :)
