I support LOCAL! A home- grown Zumba- centric fitness studio with enough variety to challenge any fitness buff. Been a member for 8 fun-filled years. It says something that ZF survived these turbulent times and against stiff competition from the international chains. Their instructors seem to be of a higher standard and have different styles. Aze has quite a South American vibe whereas Kyon's muscle isolation techniques can't be beat. WenJie combines K-pop w Zumba moves for a great cardio workout and KK's sensuous moves are the envy of every woman in the room. Oh and unlike other studios, they have a stage so no matter where you stand , you can see and follow the action. I like the Heartbeat studio best as it's near the Bedok MRT and great food nearby. They are running an exceptional promo package which is sooooo value for money but hurry it's going going .....
