After having read reviews, both bad and good about Artica, I still decided to give it a try for hair colouring. I'm not disappointed definitely. The staff were very friendly. Language wise, they are weak in English and more proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese but I'm comfortable. I asked for Juno and he was very patient in explaining to me the differences between Balayage, Ombre and regular highlights. He also explained why bleach is necessary for some colours. The colours came out very nicely on my hair and he styled it for me too! Above all, I was also pleasantly surprised that there was a promotion for October and had a discount! Will definitely go back for colouring again and recommend Artica to my friends.
