I recently visited Lanny & team for some color and am thrilled with the result! I am from the US and currently get my roots done every month. :| However, I wanted some depth and was interested in a balayage again. My stylist (Asian) knew I was coming to Singapore and suggested I get color here bc they have superior products for Asian hair with more ash tones and options for my hair needs. I talked with Lanny about what I wanted, my concerns, and he suggested superfine highlights with a color that looks sun-kissed natural. He and his team did an excellent job blending the line and adding a color that disguises the gray. :D Highly recommend Lanny @Bada Hair. 💕

It was my first time at Leekaja and I had an awesome experience! The salon itself has a great aesthetic - very green (full of plants) and rustic but also professional and clean. (My only complaint is that it's very cold, intense AC haha!) Everyone who works there is well-mannered and offers great service. I had Olivia and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and offered great service :) We had a consultation first before proceeding with my Balayage, it was quite thorough and I felt like I was really being taught to understand what I wanted with my hair and what to expect (most salons are not very good at this). I could tell Olivia was a pro by the way she'd ask questions and offer advice during our consultation. Hi! Whoever is reading this, I really would like to recommend you guys to Leekaja Hair Salon. Firstly, I would like to start off with the environment in the salon. When you first set foot into the salon, it feels like paradise. The salon is so well decorated and clean, you will quickly get comfortable with the environment. Their service is excellent as well. They include water and chargers and food as well! Anything you need! Secondly, I would like to introduce you the person who made my day and formed a wonderful experience for me in the Salon, Olivia. She’s my Hairstylist and i was her model. Even though I was her model, she was professional. Her professionalism shows that she never misses out every step and detail and gave me the best treatment and product while styling my hair. She will also first see my face before perming my hair to ensure that the hair style fits my face shape. Moreover, she was very careful with the product, chemicals and degree of heat that she use on my hair to ensure that my hair do not get damage and even more frizzy. She cut the amount of chemicals into half to ensure that my hair remains hydrated and healthy and adjusted the hair perm heat from 140 degree to 100 degree to prevent my hair from damaging. She will also share with me many things about the human hair, why my hair keeps falling and how to maintain my curl after the perm. She’s also very knowledgable and keen to improve herself more and more. I believe that she will go far and eventually be one of the best hair stylist in Leekaja! I hope that you all can support her, my Hair Stylist Olivia. Lastly, I want to compliment every single staff in Leekaja as they are very polite and friendly! Really I don't know what to say I went there because of the high reviews but I went out from it not happy. Caely was my hairstylist she is very nice lady & professional however the color that I'm looking to have as my final look I couldn't have it & not even there! My original hair is black & i want ash brown. So she did bleaching first until my hair turned yellow then she dyed it. Guess what color my hair will look like??!! Brown orange one.. She said after 5 wash it will turn ok but never happened. I'm not blaming her but the result that I get is not satisfying at all considering the amount i paid more than 500$.

I wanted to make a hype up for my mullet haircut and my collaboration with Director stylist Carmen just did the most amazing, vibrant colours, plus the fact that we used organic products too. She's highly skilled, plus the salon puts you at ease with its ambience. Here are the two versions of my hairstyle, 3 weeks in between. It's been over a month now and the blue tones are still vibrant, and the haircut is still looking great.

Bada Hair Salon is my go to place for Hair Spa. I love the relaxation experience and haircare guidance provided by the staff. They start with a scalp analysis and customise the spa based on your hair type. I highly recommend their Relaxation Spa and True Care Spa. I had my haircut and styling as well, but I wasn’t too happy with my experience. I felt the hairstylist couldn’t work with my frizzy curly hair texture. On informing the salon about my experience they offered me complimentary services. Bada Hair Salon priortises customer experience and have high quality. I would highly recommend it.

I had my hair cut by Catherine, a director here. For an $80 haircut, I was certainly not expecting the whole session to be over in 30 mins, neither was I expecting to walk away unhappy. My wash and blow was done in 15 mins, my haircut took around 12 mins, and my hair styled for 3 mins. I showed Catherine a picture of what I might want my hair to be cut like, and she just said you can't achieve this without perming. Which is not true because the photo was from a haircutting video and the hair was just blowdried. She started cutting my hair, and I asked her if she needed to see my face to know how to best cut the hair. I could have shown her a photo of me. She said, "no need, this kind of hair will suit everyone's face". You can imagine the level of confidence I was having about getting a cut best suited to my face. She never showed me the back of the hair once she was done (even barbers in $10 places do that), she didn't ask me if it was fine. She simply went straight to curling it, and how can I know the cut details and layers if she curls it immediately? Once she had haphazardly curled it (and totally did not end up like the photo I showed her), she said "Ok done", and she removed the cloak and towel and then stood in the back and started using her phone immediately. I couldn't believe it. I sat in the chair another minute to try and figure out what she had done, and if it was any good. She didn't notice this and she just kept using her phone, talking to the assistant. I should add that the hair was not blowdried using a brush, just with fingers, which I found out later that they typically do at this salon (so don't expect a bouncy blowout). After payment, I told the cust service staff about my experience and he apologised profusely. He recommended Jun and Zac for a good haircut, and said he could see if I could come back for a fix with them. The cust service manager immediately got in touch with me, and she recommended I go for a fix with Senior Directors Ted or Rina, which was much needed because when I had washed my hair out, I could see the hair was so heavy and totally unlike the photo I showed Catherine. On that note, during my cut with Ted, he explained that Korean hairstyles are heavier generally, but he was happy to tailor the style to my preference. Ted was much friendlier and paid a lot more attention to the cut, making sure it suited my face, asking me how I wear and style my hair normally, and gave me great styling tips at the end. I’m not sure that the takeaway should be that we have to pay $150 (Ted’s fee) for a good haircut and service. So make what you will of it, but know that of the 3 staff I spoke to, none of them cut their hair with Catherine.

It’s my first visit to Leekaja and I’m really amazed and satisfied by the overall experience. My hair stylist (Yvonne Seah) was super professional and patient ! She did a good explanation to me of my hair situation and did the necessary treatments for me. All hair products that were being used throughout the whole time was vegan and halal products. If you are looking for an expert in men hair design and iron perm 💇, Marcus is the one you want to get your haircut from. With wearabilty, versatility and suitability in mind, he provided advice on the type of hairstyle and hair color for my face shape and skin tone as well as how to style my hair with and without product. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Price-wise: it is definitely one of the most affordable for a haircut and downperm in Singapore. Iron perm is expensive but sometimes what you pay is what you get.

Despite English not being his first language, Hairstylist Han is from Korea and does his best to carry out a friendly conversation during the session. A lot of stylists have poor communication and often can’t deliver what the client wants. With Sam, he got it right from the very start. That’s a great quality in a stylist particularly for professionals that need to be groomed professionally.

If you are looking for a Korean hair salon in Singapore, I think you can find Bada Hair Huni here. She is kind and does a good job of doing my hair thoroughly. They say they will do it 1:1 unconditionally. There are so many beauty salons that call other customers and go back and forth, but I am most satisfied with this part.

It's my first experience here. Great customer service and Perfect styling. Thanks Mr Zac. I'll definitely return! It was a wonderful space full of greenery that could be mistaken for a cafe. Our senior stylist, Zac, is very kind and courteous.When I tell him what I want him to do, he says, ``Okay, let's try cutting this area longer and then consult with you again,'' checking his request in detail each time. He made progress little by little. Even though I wasn't confident in my English, I was able to speak slowly and in detail, which made me feel at ease. I think it's unique to this salon that one stylist takes care of everything, including shampooing and drying. It looks like I'll finally be freed from being a hair salon gypsy.

I don’t know why mine is really average. I went there after seeing good reviews. Maybe there are more stylists and it depends on luck... I was afraid of being wrong and ordered a director. The color I wanted didn’t come out. I washed it several times. It still didn't turn black directly... It doesn't look good if it's dyed black. Other than that, the cut was just average... far worse than what I had done before. Bad luck. I'll try another one next time and wait a little longer. The service attitude is very good, but the technology is a bit mediocre.
