She went through a structured approach of measuring my face dimensions and discussed the haircut that’s suitable for my face shape. She also reviewed colors that are suitable for my skin tone. Walk in to get hair cut and wash. Happy with the service provided by Maggie. They provide free consultation to see which hair style suit me as a first timer which I greatly appreciate it. Rarely shops offer such service. Usually stylist will just ask "what hair style you want?" I mean we can say what we want but if don't suit us it's also a problem. So having a free consultation (they measure with a special tool) for this is a big plus point to visit them. I even got stylist asking "if you don't know what you want how can I help you?" Hair cut and wash is $48 which is reasonable. We came from another shop cuz they quoted $65 which was a little too much but here at BeU is $48 seems reasonable. Maggie is super attentive to me, she will ask me a few question to see if I'm suitable for what hair style etc. Yes appreciate it cus I'm lazy to style at home. Now a new place to visit when we're bored... hahha Next time will try their hair coloring etc

I think my perm warrants this awesome review about BE U Hair Design because I'm truly impressed with the fantastic job they did! Normally, my hair doesn't hold curls very well, but it's been 1.5 months and this perm has exceeded my expectations and lasted longer than most I've had! My hair is semi-dried here with just a touch of curl cream, and I'm good to go~ My experience with BE U was amazing too.They tailored the perm to suit my face shape, and my hair, which used to be quite flat, now has more volume! I was given some face framing layers and was recommended a cloud perm for a natural look which I loveeee. I got my hair done by Sherlin who is super professional, from selecting the right perm for me to the actual process itself. She even took the time to teach me how to style it. I'm someone who prefers a low-maintenance routine in the morning before work, and I must say that BE U's perm has ticked all the right boxes for me. Sherlin recommended a curl cream from Dun Gud, which I purchased in-store, and it keeps my curls intact throughout the day. Everyone at BE U is super kind and I had the best experience there! Chanced upon Be U Hair Design during lunch time as I badly needed to trim my fringe. Randomly stepped in Be U without even bother to google them since it was only to trim my fringe. I was greeted by the friendly crew and a guy came to cut my fringe. During the short duration, the stylist was able to point out to me how my hair can be enhanced to suit my face shape; explained why he can't cut my fringe any shorter (as requested by me); I was starting to get impressed with his knowledge in his craft and I agreed to let this stylist trim/enhanced my hair the next day (today). It was only at the cashier while paying and making my appt that I found out his name is BENSON. Fast forward, I am very happy with Benson's cut. Before the cut, he took time to explain and also measured my face (crown to chin & cheek bone to cheek bone) to determine what type of style/cut suits my face shape. The end result shows his skills and competency, plus his rates are VERY reasonable. (I AM VERY particular abt who cuts my hair hence have always been using upscale salon in town. I'd usually do my research on the stylist before trying them, but not for Benson and am so thankful it turn out better than i'd expected.) Looks like I've found a new stylist for the next season of my life! Absolute confidence in Benson after seeing the end results. He is also very easy going, makes one feel at ease and relaxed. Tony was very detailed and careful in cutting my hair. After I washed it at home, my hair sits well and neat. Thank you for putting in your best effort to ensure customers' satisfaction. Just a note that the shampoo is a bit too dry for my coloured hair. Attention to detail. Brayden was skillful, fun to talk to and really tells you what would suit you and what won't. I wanted a pixie haircut but he was blunt with me and said that I would suit the style according to how I have a long neck and a pixie haircut would make it even longer. So we decided on my 2nd choice which was a bob haircut. The salon was very cute and surprisingly quiet for a Sunday. I'm so glad I found a salon that doesn't push you to buy everything and anything. My fiancé and I visited Be U Hair Design a few days back for a haircut. It was our first time visiting Be U and we were amazed by the service and quality of the haircut. My hair was cut by Sherlin who was very detailed and even explained to me how to style my hair according to my face shape. Whereas my fiancé’s hair was cut by Vernon, who gave him a pretty trendy cut and taught him how to style as well. One thing that my fiancé and I truly agree on was the amazing head massage during the hair wash. Honest review, I have saved fews hair design photo for my haircut , I actually book two places in advance including Be U salon. I got the slot from Be u on the day that I want & I cancel another one that which is on next day. I found Be U on Google the place pop up first compared to the rest but far from my house only & I don’t read reviews that time so I call the salon for appointment they ask me any hair designer that I prefer, as my first time so I don’t know since I don’t read reviews. Then yonnah become my hair designer. When I went there I showed photos to Yonnah, she advised me that all my photos is not suited with my face & she will cut similar to the hair cut that I want and design that suit me. Of course I am nervous my hair is super long till my waist. I want super short that above my shoulders line. The result is amazing thank Yonnah for your magic hand I am excited when I left from the salon that time I don’t talk much. I have never experienced this feeling before. Just trust Be U salon whoever be you hair designer and they own have individual skills plus reasonable prices and worth the price. Thank again for team Be U.

Love my haircut by Sherlin! It gives my hair volume and body instead of looking flat and limp. My hair length is the same and even though it doesn't look like she cut a lot, there are a lot of inner layers that makes my hair feel light and shapely. Finally I have found a great yet reasonably priced salon. I booked in to have my roots coloured based on other reviews and their online price list, and was not disappointed. The best part was there was no annoying and stressful attempts whatsoever to up sell or to try to persuade me into a package. There were no hidden costs either. The service was very professional with an amazing head massage, and at no point did I feel any pressure or any frustration, which was more than refreshing. My hair looks great and I will definitely go back there!

my hair is done by desmond!!! i decided to go over and get a haircut after i finally found out desmond was working here 🤣 have been wanting to get a haircut from him for quite awhile! the first time i went i wasn't exactly clear with what i wanted but he really did an amazing job and i've never loved my hairstyle so much ever since i had it cut short...!!! the second time i went back to dye my hair, also by desmond and he did most of the planning for me because i was indecisive... and i just wanna say, he never disappoints 😭 desmond is a very easygoing stylist! he's open to various topics which is great, and the way he interacts with me makes me feel at ease 😊 usually i won't be able to hold long proper conversations with other hair stylists but with him i really just have a good time 😂 when it comes to taking care of my hair he's always detailed with the process and he also answers every single one of my pressing concerns so that by itself really assures me! not only that, he's also very patient and is always updated on ongoing trends! all in all he's really a great stylist and i don't think i'll be going to any other stylist because i found him 🤣 really a all in one package 🤣 he does everything really well! everyone else in the salon is also very nice and kind! ambience is great too!
