Friendly and approachable staff at Bedok outlet. Staff saw my hair condition and advise me accordingly. Had been recently switch from another hair fall saloon to beechoo and I notice their products works better and I can see my hair fall lesser after few session. Highly recommend to try.

I like their services, polite, efficient and professional in performing their tasks. Even when the customers are at full capacity, they did not show any temper in dealing with customer's demand. 14/Apr/2023 Went for second time for color treatment. It was like having a treatment and highlight together. Amazingly is my hair ends is not dry after the treatment. Maybe its because i use their products (amino shampoo and tonic and oil) as well other than doing only treatment. Honestly, it was second day i used Ceramide oil and it was very amazing that it makes my hair soft n shinny. One more most important thing is, my hair fall become lesser and lesser. Give BCO a try. However, color varies for each individual. 17/Mar/2023 I used to have ugly bleached highlight. Something like gold color after my red color highlight color faded. Today i decided to try their color version for first time and was advised that my ugly gold highlight color will turn orange color where at first i was very worried. But amazingly the color was nice. My hair used to be dull and ugly. Now looks bright, nice and smooth. Thanks to Zhang Fen and team for the professional advise. Those who hair was bleached n colored, but hair looks ugly, you may seek their professional advise. I used to hate my hair but now i love it. Another reason i opt for color version is to cover my white hair (not much) but it blends well. Try bee choo origin if you want to have a healthy scalp and hair.

Generally the experience is good. I came here twice after booking appointment. AFI could be the ending of blowdrying. Maybe because i had long hair, the staff couldnt be bothered to help me finish with the blowdrying. Somewhat done in a rushed manner. I had to take the hairdryer to blowdry myself.

My to go place for scalp treatment everytime I'm back in Singapore. My mum frequent this outlet and always looks forward to her monthly treatment. My overall experience has been very pleasant. The staffs are really nice and would take the time to explain to you if you have any questions. Regarding their products, I have tried a bottle of their shampoo and find it suits my hair very much better than my previous shampoo so I have now repurchased a few more products like their conditioner and scalp essence. Delivery is free for purchases above $80. Easy and convenient so you don't have to hand carry them. Prices are also affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend this outlet for your scalp treatment. :)

Best treatment I have had to combat hair fall. Scalp health has greatly improved with continuous sessions and noticeable less hair fall within 2 sessions. Friendly staffs and great service. Don't forget to add the vitamin ampoule along with your treatment!!

A couple of my friends received treatment here and had good progress with their scalp recovery and hair regrowth. So I was recommended to try their scalp treatment. Staff here is very friendly, helpful and fast. As they are very busy with all if not most of the slots taken up, we would have to wait a little while. But once they are here to assist, the staff is fast to complete the scalp treatment. Scalp treatment is effective after 1 session. My scalp no longer itches, dandruff reduced. The first time I came, there was no hardselling. In fact I was the one asking about their package instead of them selling to me. The shop is also well-renovated, comfortable and cozy. Hope Bedok branch do even better and have an expansion soon!

The staff although very busy, they are really professional in their work.
