Service was great, they were accommodating even there were quite busy. I got the cut+perm+color package and the result was good, though the perm got loose after the next day, overall I think the stylist did well in cutting and doing up the color according to the reference I gave. Recommend revisiting.

Second time coming here, got my hair dyed purple this time!! Hairstylist Emily is a lifesaver who managed to turn my experience with having my hair dyed blue the first time around. She knows her stuff and is quick and proficient in dyeing hair! Takes about 2.5 hours so I’m super glad I don’t have to sit around for long 🥹 definitely making this place THE place to dye hair!!

Desperately needed a haircut and treatment as i have been losing quite abit of hair recently. Dong, my stylist gave constructive suggestions on the length of the cut. It turns out better than expected. He even share tips on how to blow dry my hair to achieve the effect i wanted. And its a no brainer task. The salon also provide a member's only package with no expiry dates. And mind you, they dont hard sell, at least not to me.. Lol. In my opinion, its quite a gd deal actually (after doing some math and calculations), especially so, when everything is so expensive now.

$128 Keratin treatment last up to 3 months. I did on 17th November 4pm plus and it ended in 1 hour. I feel disappointed as i expected a glossy smooth look. My hair was straightened but i feel you can create the same look using hair dryer. I wonder if the session did remove the number of steps as it was promotion pricing. I was told that k gloss cannot wash hair for 3 days however the keratin treatment I'm doing can wash hair right away. Or maybe i heard wrong or misunderstood? I'm very sad now, how am i going to 20th November wedding dinner with this hair? It has returned 85% back in shape.

I saw the reviews and many people recommended Desmond, so I decided to leave my hair in Desmond’s hand. I had highlights before and during bleaching, my hair keeps snapping. I was terrified but Desmond was so REASSURING!!!! He was also very gentle with my hair and gave me good advices as well. Last but not least, I LOVE THE COLOUR THAT HE DID FOR ME!!!! I LOVE THE COLOUR SO MUCH!!! It’s the first time in life I walk out of a hair salon feeling changed confident. Really recommend Desmond if you are looking at dyeing your hair!

Nick is a very professional hairstylist who first tries to understand the type of job I'm in and the type of look I want and preference before explaining further on the type of colours that is suitable for me. As my hair is a little thick, he put in the extra effort to check on the colouring result on my hair after the curring period and reapply some cream on certain areas to make sure it's uniform. Hair cutting skills are great too and very detailed. It's definitely nice to be served by him. Great experience! 👍😁

Dong Chen was my stylist, and he was incredibly thorough, skilled and talked me through each step of the process. I bleached my roots twice and my whole head once even before applying the colour. It took 4 hours and he even went 1.5h past his usual closing time. The colour turned out awesome, all thanks to him! Thank you D Cut Salon!
