As someone who is afraid of getting haircuts especially since I have a really thick and damaged hair, Justin never fails to take really great care of my hair and his eye for details always allow me to have in-trend haircuts that suits me! His patience provides you assurance that every part of your hair will be well taken care of and he will never miss a spot! I highly recommend Justin, especially since I have been having my hair cut and washed by him for a few years and I always exit the salon with silky and smooth hair :D

This place has the best service. My hairstylist, Steven has always given me very satisfactory hair cuts. The washing treatment by Yumi after the cut also is amazing as it comes with an incredibly soothing massage. Visited the salon yesterday. Overall,happy with the haircut & treatment frm the hairstylist.Take out two star because the guy receptionist very rude.Refused to accept Atome payment and kept insisting that Atome can’t be use for ala carte service,only package.For ala carte service customers can only use other payment mode.It’s not written anywhere in the De Arte website for this.And the guy added somemore before customer do the service he/she must be responsible to ask the hairstylist if Atome can be use before proceeding.This salon better don’t sign in with Atome if it is only restricted to packages

The hair washing service is good but the hair cut is so so only. Looking for more creativity from the stylist. The shampoo used is not bad, at least doesn't make me scalp itch. Conditioner as well not bad.

I’ve been coming to De Arte for close to 2 years now. I only trust them with my hair and I’ve never come out disappointed. They are very knowledgeable and cater to all your hair needs. I just got my keratin treatment done with Steven and I’m so happy with the results. He told me how to look after my hair, was extremely gentle and a very entertaining individual. I had an incredible experience at De Hair-Tigue salon with Alston as my stylist a few days ago. From start to finish, the entire process was top-notch. Alston really took the time to listen to my desires and provided thoughtful feedback, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the haircut. Alston's technique was precise and the end result exceeded all of my expectations - the style he created was absolutely perfect! In addition, the atmosphere of the salon was very pleasant and clean. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend De Hair-Tigue and Alston to anyone looking for an exceptional haircut and style.

Visited at the end of October and I deeply appreciate Alston's knowledge of various styles and professionalism in patiently googling and showing me how they look like. This is unlike another female stylist (who I think has left) who couldn't name nor show me how a style looks like. My experience with Alston was certainly much better and my friends & family said that he gave me an excellent haircut too! Will make an appointment again this week for another cut with Alston!

Did the argan oil treatment here and it helped make my naturally curly hair straight/wavy. After a month some waves and frizz started showing but the result still looked nice and natural. During the treatment, the staff took small sections of hair so the hair was properly straightened. In my second time doing the treatment some of the hair wasn’t properly straightened as before but most were. Would recommend the treatment as it makes your hair much easier to manage and smoother. Can be quite costly however.

Walked in for a hair cut and Calin was the stylist. She listened to what I wanted and gave her professional input. I followed her advice to trim my hair, get curtain bangs, touched up my roots gotten partial highlights and 5 step treatment (although I am not sure what step 5 is or not sure if I heard anyone tell me what step 5 is cause the last I heard was wash and condition for 5 minutes at sink was step 4). All in all, Calin provided professional advice and gave me a different look which I am pleased with. Would return to the salon again.

Yumi is one of the best hair stylists I've come across in Singapore, she's dedicated to making sure you leave the salon feeling the best and looking your best. She was originally from another branch but have since moved to this branch in NEX and most of her clients including me have changed to visit this outlet instead. Her technique for scalp treatment and massage is incredible and I definitely recommend going for this service over here and asking for her. You will feel light in your shoulders with all your stress and pressure washed away afterwards. Enjoy!
