Helly gave me a cut and soft curl perm on my ends. She carefully explained the process and aftercare for the perm. Throughout the cut and treatment she checked in, making sure the temperature was ok, etc. She is knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The service and skill here are exceptional! I recently moved to the area from Seoul and was looking for a new place to get my hair done. I will definitely come back here. So happy with how natural my hair looks. Looking forward to not having to curl my ends each day! Thank you!

Lizzy is good with haircut and very attentive to small details. Given a busy salon, the assistants could probably be better but thank you Lizzy for always being in charge and in control of the situation.

I did a scalp treatment with du Sol a couple of weeks back. It was my first visit and I was attended by Lizzy. Lizzy was pleasant and efficient with her service. However, I was quite put off by the assistant that was assigned to me. She was pretty curt when she got me to shift seats (no explanation given). She wore latex gloves while shampooing my hair and was pretty rough. As a result, she pulled out several strands of my fringe which really hurt. She also did not check if the temperature of the water was okay nor attempt a head massage. . She was brusque and unwelcoming. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and I will not return. The treatment itself actually felt quite good.

Lizzie has been my stylist for a couple of years and always takes the time to understand what my preferences. My hair has never looked better! The shop assistants are also extremely efficient and I spend far less time than needed at other salons for full service. My 11-year-old daughter gets her hair cut here and loves the special attention the stylists give her. The location is also convenient — lots of good food and shopping nearby.

Did a perm with Blair today, and it turned out really nice! I've never went for any new hairstyle before other than the usual cut. At first I wasn't really sure what kind of hairstyle I wanted to go for, so I asked for her advice. Blair was really attentive and helpful -- she was able to tailor the style to my preference, and gave me tips on how to manage my hairstyle! I was quite nervous and worried that the curls will turn out too tight and if the style will suit me, especially after seeing my broccoli hair after washing. But Blair kept reassuring me throughout the session that it will look natural after blowdrying and a period of time. Turns out she was right and I liked my new perm a lot! Overall it was a very pleasant experience with Blair at DuSol Beauty. Will definitely be going back regularly! :)

We were attended to by Lizzy, who knew exactly what we wanted and gave suggestions on what would work for us (and no pushing for packages and other services). Despite me not able to express what I wanted clearly, she understood right away and resolved the issue perfectly. The two assistants who helped us wash our hair were very pleasant and friendly too. I'm so grateful to have Lizzy assigned for my cold-perming session after many disappointments with other salons. She was able to replicate the hairstyle (which I had shown to her in a youtube video) with much resemblance. You can observe her professionalism, techniques and attention to details that is rare in this line of work. She also communicates well and her fluency in English is good enough for locals to understand.

Have some time to spare between my appointments and I was lucky to secure a walk-in haircut appointment at around 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Overall, very satisfied with my haircut. It was getting hot and I really wanted a short haircut. Haru who attended to me was patient to hear my hair concern and recommended me a haircut that is both short and fitting to my face shape. Service was great too, especially when I didn’t make any appointment in advance, the staff attended to me were very patient and attentive. Highly recommended this place and will not hesitate to visit again.

Summary: Consistent Service & Great Quality with Affordable Price! The first visit was back when I was in Secondary School which was about 8-10 years ago, went for a haircut and was extremely satisfied with the service, plus it was affordable because they had a student price back then (they might still have it now, try to check with them) Decided to go back last year to do C-Curl, Treatment & Haircut and again their service is very consistent. I had an appointment with Lizzy and she’s very helpful in suggesting suitable styles for you, very professional as well and the quality is worth the price (affordable too imho) Third visit was today. Went for the same package and made an appointment with Lizzy again. I appreciate DuSol team’s quick & good service. Again, i’m delighted with how my hair turns out. DuSol became my go to Korean authentic Hair Salon here in SG. Kudos to the whole team. Bella is meticulous. After assessing my hair she discourage me from perming or rebonding. However, I was stubborn and insisted on it. She took extra care and was meticulous to it, knowing my hair condition is extremely bad. She did treatment prior to the chemical process and in between treatment to strengthen it. The hair turns out very good. With nice curls at the end and importantly hair feels soft to touch even after washing. Thanks Bella!

I rarely write review on stuffs, so believe if I took my time to actually write this review. First appointment with Bella, I'm someone whom is very picky with the way I have my haircut not being a fussy unreasonable customer. So finding a good hair salon that I'll patron for a long time is very hard. Came from another salon, unfortunately like always, hairdresser always resign and we have to find a new one. 3 weeks of hunting for salon. I have decided to give Dusol beauty a try and had an appointment with Bella. Didn't had much expectations despite the good review. Kinda went with no hopes whatsoever. Upon reaching, Bella already caught my eye. She's a Korean and her English is pretty fluent. Communication wouldn't be an issue. She knows her job well and is able to advice you accordingly. Most importantly she's chatty and very friendly. Service is top notch. Able to make you feel like you have been friends with her for a long time, making you comfortable and at ease. Service at the hair salon was good too, usually alot of popular places or non popular places requires you to wait for awhile if the particular hairdresser you have booked is busy but right here at dusol, when Bella was busy with another customer. Another lady helped wash my hair and dry my hair while waiting for Bella and the timing was just right when it's done, as soon as my hair is dry. Bella is ready to show off her skills on my hair. Overall, very happy with her service and I can say, I have found a place to stay for a very long time untill the day Bella decides not to work there anymore. Even so, I believe most of the hairdresser there are pretty good due to the good reviews. So who knows I might even give other hairdresser a try but as of now, I'll stick to Bella. Kudos to DuSol for having such a wonderful staff. You guys made my day. Thank you Bella.

Will never entrust another stylist with my haircut now that i hv met Lizzie . She is amazing. I hv thin hair texture but she can cut good volume short/shoulder length in just minutes. Setvice is gd so far . No product or service push which i like. I always make appointment via emails n they respond promptly so far .

I got my hair dyed and cut by Haru and I'm so satisfied!!! She cut my hair so well that it fits my face shape and I like it so muchㅎㅎ I think it's the hair of a lifetime! I have a lot of hair and it's semi-curly, so it was always heavy and frizzy and it was so stressful, but she cut it refreshingly and lightly with almost no change in lengthㅠㅠ I really, really recommend it😆👍
