I would like to thank Alsen Chu of EC House Chinatown Point. His service went above and beyond in taking care of my mums hair this evening. It was not an easy task as my mum is on a wheelchair, yet Mr Chu handled the task with a smile. In a day and age, it is rare to find someone who treats people with so much respect. EC House, you've got a great staff.

The hairstylist that did my hair cut was patient. Ensured the hair was cut nicely, unlike some other branches that just rushed to complete the hair cut. Used at least 3 different clippers and 2 different scissors.

Great service. Repeated customer close to a year and had been cut before by all their staff there. They doesn’t rush and very detail when come to finishing.
