Andy was really patient with the consultation. He was very gentle with the hair cut. Usually when trimming i feel a very strong tug. Didnt feel that when he was trimming my hair. Loved the result i got! Thank you Andy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first visit to the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Eri, the owner , was absolutely amazing—jovial, confident, and very understanding of what I wanted for my hair. The environment was comfortable, and I felt at ease throughout the process. I absolutely love the color blending and the final result Eri decided for me —it turned out even better than I imagined! Eri also styled my hair beautifully with an iron and brush, and the style held up perfectly for two days. His personality is so endearing, and he genuinely gives off great vibes. Highly recommend Eri himself to anyone looking for an excellent hairstylist who truly listens and delivers exceptional results. I’ll definitely be back!

I got my hair done by CY and it was the best experience thus far! He understood the colour analysis really well and introduced me a hair colour that wasnt too bright which instantly lighten up my tan complexion. Overall, he had listened to all of my concerns regarding my hair and delivered the results way beyond my expectations. I’m in love with the end product and will be taking many selfies now! 🤩

I love it! It’s the first time that I REALLY love my hairstyle! The colour, the hairstyle, the haircut, love every single thing! My hairstylist is Lydia, she’s really great with hair & very knowledgeable too! She shared personalised hair tips and get to know my hair before starting. She’s very gentle on the hair too! Not to forget her colleagues who assisted with the hairwash and blowdry too! I had a great experience from start to end. Good job, eri su salon team! Highly recommended ☺️👍🏼

Extremely gratified with Lydia’s work on my helpless mane! Came in impromptu, but the minute she saw me, she could tell what I need and suits me best, indeed *chef’s kiss*! Such a warm and lovely space! All staff was really attentive and kind. They check in with you, from time to time, see if you need anything or if you alright. I did a walk-in earlier today and they checked the schedule. Very organised and honest. I was assigned to Mar, the senior stylist. She was amazing! We spoke at length about my expectations and wants/needs and she shared her expertise and advice. We agreed on the service and hair cut to be done for the day. When the hair cut was delivered, it was exactly what she said it would be. She clearly explained what she would do and it transformed into a reality and I looked amazing! Before the hair cut, I did the hair and scalp treatment (Princess Treatment) and Fiqa attended to me. She explained each step clearly and preempted me before she touched my head every single time. She was gentle and attentive. The massage was wonderful! I loved the experience there, first time at Orchard Gateway but twice with Eri Su Salon. You've got your girl to find a permanent hair salon to always come back to for her hair needs. 💖 Thank you, team!

Was my first visit to Eri Su although I already had a regular salon. Just wanted to try out a new place - and I was not disappointed. Wanted to refresh my hair with a rebond and a new color. The stylist, Marini was friendly and knowledgeable and laid out all the possible options for me, as well as its pros and cons. Opted for the S4 service instead of the traditional rebond and loved how airy and natural it feels and looks (instead of the usual dead iron straight look). As recommended came back 2 days later to refresh the color and opted for a Sapphire-ashy tone. Was told that the color would eventually come out after a few washes, so let’s see! Overall, very happy with the services rendered from the boss and all the staff, the depth of knowledge they have, never too overselling and the price range was reasonable as well. Pretty sure there will be a next time. Well done, Eri Su and team!

I went for a Brazilian gloss and hair cut. Liv was my stylist and he was really very diligent about ironing my hair after the keratin treatment and was patient in answering my questions. Overall a good experience and my hair looks great!

Back here after way too long (more than a year) and love my refreshed look with Carlson! Did a wonderful hair and scalp treatment which was super relaxing with perfect temp/pressure. Carlson took the time to understand my needs and check in on lengths and thickness since maintenance was my focus for this visit. I’m extra happy to get his input on my next visit which will hopefully be a colour at the right level of maintenance for my busy mum needs. This is the place to go cos even the junior stylists know their stuff and have experimented enough to give you good input on your hair ideas. Can’t wait to come back again!

I did a cold perm + hair cut here yesterday, the service from Liv and Carlson was impeccable. Carlson and Liv were extremely patient and detailed in setting the curling rods, and they even took note of my sensitive scalp and took extra care to not irritate it further, and to soothe it. For someone who doesn’t like to speak much when I go for hair and beauty services, they made me feel comfortable enough to chat with them from time to time. I like how they listened to what I wanted and explained what they were doing throughout the process so I understood. Love it love it love it, will definitely be back! My hair looks amazing!

This salon recovery service is commendable! Wasn’t exactly satisfied with the result of my first Brazilian gloss treatment and Lydia was kind enough to re-do the whole process for me even though I came back more than a week later. Liv and his assistant (I didn't manage to get her name :( ) helped me fix my balayage job from hell. The assistant did a really good job applying the dye and washing my hair. First time I came to Eri Su Salon, I took panadol before I came because I assumed the Chemical smell would be super strong that it’d give me a headache.. I was just waiting for it the whole time I was there but hell naww… It had FANTASTIC ventilation & that was just one of the reasons why I love this place.. (It’s my third time at Eri Su Salon).. I did Brazillian Keratin treatment, trim and colour.. What made it an even more amazing was when I’m being attended by Farme, whose service I wouldn’t question, who is just very genuine about his work and would give the best suggestions there ever is that I wouldn’t actually think of… You want that style you name it… Thank you for always making my visit here such a breeze… 🥰🥰
