I’ve hereditary hair loss problem but since using the treatment here for 10 years, my hair loss problem has been solved. My hair is well maintained and thick. The treatment is very relaxing. The manager has been here since then and has been looking after my hair care needs ever since.

Went to the holland village outlet and did 2 scalp treatments with Kai In. The outlet is very well kept in soothing teal, and the staff is extremely prompt and courteous. The treatment was quite unique with a shampoo, a lemongras scalp brushing cleansing ritual, and then a ginger (spicy) ointment massaged and left in, in followed by a wash. Then they dry and do a little massage and scalp guasha. all products are natural, and Kai In as extremely well trained in how to gently manouver all the cleansing and rinsing. Thoightful touches like blankets and tea along with no hard selling made it a very pleasant weekend afternoon. The shop board says Botaniq so dont miss it.
