Staff explained about the services clearly, space is well maintained and clean for next customer. Wanted to cut, blow and wash, but persuaded to do intensive detox treatment for scalp & hair. Feels much clean & refreshing! Thanks!!!

Wanted to do dandruff treatment but instead they suggest me a detox because its better for me so i loved that they know their services well! The service with them is also very good because from time to time they inform us what we need to improve our crown 👑🥰 will definitely come back here again!🥳

First time coming here and first time doing major changes to my hair. I'm impressed by their hospitality and service. Good skills and knowledge. İ can definitely trust my stylist here. They will let you know which colour of which strength(shade) will be good for you and they will also let you know which is value for money! Clean and professional! Did a bold magenta+blue based on their suggestions as i always liked blue balayage and their results exceeds my expectations. Perfect place for muslimah and also good for non Muslims. Save ingredients as well! Will be coming back here often with my family,my mom liked them while i did a virtual call ahshah. Best!

Had a pleasant session with Farhana and Kak Sal. They assessed my hair condition and recommended Kach Keratin treatment for my dry & flyaway hair. The result was amazing and my hair became so soft and manageable! The promotion price was a really good deal too. So thank you!

Had not been to a Muslimah salon & has not been to any salons for the past 2 years for any haircut, decided on Iffah's after surveying few places & just took a gamble despite reading on some bad experiences. They did not remove the negative posts on their FB neither do they have the right answers on some complaints BUT I went ready with questions & as far as I am concerned, we have the rights to say no :) I liased with Farhana, for any options I asked about, I asked for cost and she was happy to explain. No bad remarks about on budget etc (as per some feedback I read) so I appreciated that. No hard selling either when she proposed on some hair treatments, said no & she was fine & still answering questions on it was suggested etc, what's the purpose for me etc. Everything I wanted to do, costs was explained one by one and even upon paying up, still same break downs given, no surprise costs suddenly billed. Even at the counter when suggested for facial treatments, politely said no to their current promotions, again, no hard selling. Making appointments via whatsapp was convenient as well, confirmed & they re-confirmed again the day before appointment. Questions on whatsapp was also answered politely & I had another salon completely shut me off after asking for alternative dates. Customer service is key :) Although, I would like to suggest they could have a divider up on their entrance, those mobile dividers, so for those who are more sensitive to non-muslim or men who just walked in, their view is blocked from this divider. The space is slightly small at Kembangan but it was cosy so a mobile divider might make a difference for muslimahs who needs it. I look forward to another session in the near future, as appreciate Farhana's treatment & explanation.
