My husband and I have a package with Jean Yip Hair, our stylists are Nicholas and Serene. Nicholas is a very good stylist, he will provide advice which product and hair styles are suitable for my husband and me. My husband's scalp is getting better. Nicholas is a cute guy and meticulous to handle both our Hair. Serene is also meticulous in washing both our hair and concerns to customers comfortable during the washing time. My husband and I like to chat with them so we didn't feel bored for a few hours. We are satisfied with both of their services.

I enjoy every moment of my facial! If you would like a relatively pain-free extraction (to get rid of blackheads, blockage and pimples etc..), Sally is the person to look for as she is gentle, but yet leaves your face very clean after the facial.

I have visited this outlet at Compass One for 4-5 years already. The staffs are friendly and professional, providing a very good experience for me. Before I visited Jean Yip, I was quite worried as there were always news on beauty salons hard-sell to the customers. However, there is no need to worry. As long as you communicated your concerns and beauty goals, the staffs will speak to you about suitable plans and prices for you to consider and make decision. I have taken up IPL and facial services, and my beautician (Sally) always know what is good/best for me.

I tried their Ultra Violet Keratin Smoothing Treatment - I highly recommend it! My hair looks so much more healthier and glossy now and my hair colour (previously bleached) is more toned now so there's no more brassy colours. The service was also really great - the staff were very friendly, detailed and attentive and I learnt a lot about taking better care of my hair too! Love my new hair!
