I've been with Victoria of Jean Yip salon at plaza sg for over 2 years now. Victoria is someone who can do a great hair job on your haircut and can do it consistently. I've never had a bad hair day by Victoria who is very experienced and we've had many a pleasant conversations. I also recommend Annie who helps out with the colouring and washing. I could say my experience doing facial was good. Staff is friendly and service done by lovely Janice was great specially shoulder massage that’s is a plus. The price (28sgd) is cheap comparing to what they give in a session but as we can read other reviews they insist you to top up something more to the treatment. Yeah it’s boring to say “No, thanks. I just want what I already booked”. If 28sgd for 1st time is cheap, full price is totally overpriced.

I was serviced by Pinky (didn’t have a name tag but I caught his name based on sign off book) for hair colour and hair trim, very pleased with his service and professionalism. Today the trial $18 Singtel customers promotion bad experience 1. Last mask taken off too fast as not dried yet. In fact only about 5 mins putting on. 2. There is one part water moist on my face too Long till I can breath in air well This is bad experience overall
