I was greeted by the staff upon entry as I purchased my ticket. Not long later, it was my turn to get my hair cut...
The hairdresser that cut my hair was Aunty Vivian, she was very accommodating and patient with my requests. After showing her a photo of what I wanted to get done, she swiftly and meticulously cut my hair. She doesn't hold back on ensuring that customers are comfortable as she initiates small talk...
10/10 experience, satisfied with my hair cut too. Fast, convenient, and a pleasant experience. The premise was clean too!
a. s.My son has been cutting his hair here since he was a baby! Our regular stylist has always been Vivian, she also cut my father in law’s hair for many years now.
She always prepared chocolates, sweets and even a small toy car for my son!!
Even when she’s not around, other stylists are very warm and equally skillful!
Felt like a family although it’s only 10mins every session! Haha!

Instead an observant Ms Vivian Lai noted my hair was thinning & gave me a snip that not only shortened my length as I asked but gave me some volume as well! All still in 10mins. T. H.Went for the hair cut because of the 1 for 1 deal, but never felt this depressed afterwards. This is the first time that I see a hair dresser so obsessed with the sideburns that he has to go through with the shaver at least more than 10 times and watered my hair multiple times throughout the process. Finally when everything was done, I realized that he may have cut to his likings of what he thinks suits me the best. Opinions are welcome, but I think he has been quite persistent.
