Yes, waiting time could be improved. But NOT by reducing focus on one customer and spending less time for each but by adding more barbers. I only have respect for specific barbers in this branch because they are meticulous in their craft. Been a customer since forever. Though I give chances to other barbers, I single out the woman at the center station as my favourite.

May Koh@Hillion. my VERY first time coming to a quick cut. Pleasantly surprised at how good a cut can be in just few minutes!! May is really nice ! Glad i give this a chance, and followed my husband here. He is a regular. Thank you!
