First time at Kerluxe and was attended by Kathy. The cut is quite nice but not exactly what i wanted, i felt she didn’t take time to understand my requirements. The process was fast but also felt hasty as she had a next customer. For the price of $52 for wash cut and basic blow its okay..

She gave me suggestion before start any treatment. She is very patient and gentle person. She handled my hair carefully. Her colleague's name Jason also good! While sitting there about 3 to 4 hours. I saw both of them non stop doing. Both of them treated all customers very good and polite service. Thanks that I found the right place and the hairstylist I want! I will come again! Yes! Cut my hair for the 1st time here today. Was served by Wendy. She was really nice and helpful, asked about hairstyles I prefer to cut and also gave some recommendations she feels I'm suitable for. The hairwashing was thorough and she also provided tips on how to wash my hair according to my hair type (as I have Oily and sensitive scalp). Lastly, she also showed me some ways to style my new hair! Overall I had a lovely experience getting my hair cut here and would return next time :)

Did hair and scalp treatment and dyeing of hair at a reasonable price with excellent service from Melvin & Kathy. They provided cushions, blankets, cup noodles, snacks and tea. The treatment was effective as it reduced itching of my scalp and they didn’t hardsell products or treatment package which we were thankful for. Will definitely be back!
