Yvonne is my go-to and reliable stylist. Her skills are impeccable and even after I moved, I still go back to her, sometimes to correct a bad haircut done elsewhere. She’s versatile for long or short hair. Highly recommended!

I had a bad haircut elsewhere past weeks and was devastated. 😭 So I decided to go to Kimage Hair Salon at the very last minute and was attended to by Ms Felice Lau. She was very professional and boy, that head massage during the hair wash felt heavenly. 😍 After everything, my hair looks great and feels amazing. I've had my hair cut and trimmed by James for at least 10 years. Apart from about a 6 months period where I was living near BPP, I've always lived very far from BPP (North-East and South area). Therefore, there were times when I will try out other hairstylists. But never with the same result from James. Somehow, his end product is nice and even after it gets long, it remains in shape and still pretty neat.

This was my first time perming my hair. James was very attentive to my concerns and answered all my queries. He was able to cut my hair and perm it to my desired style (based on my reference photo). My hair feels light and I’m really happy with the result! Thank you James & Kimage 😊😀

Previously I did balayage in the other shop and the effect turns out to be abit funny. As I am doing my pws soon I get worried and went to kimage to do another colouring. The lady which I did not catch the name was patient enough to explain the what effect will I get if I choose certain color and recommend some Color for my pws based on my gown Color. Kudos to the team and thanks for helping on my hair.

I like my hairstylist but the front desk service was meh. No one attended to me and my services was not noted down had to explain the services I booked for. Water was also not offered. But cut was Good and they were quite busy.

I like Kimage especially for the price you get your hair cut and a short head massage but the service not consistently, sometimes they wash your hair and massage sometimes they just put some shampoo and water and its done in 1 min… I enjoy head massage and shampoo massage in so I usually choose Kimage for it but lately in bukit panjang not so consistent, quite sad :-( hope the service get better then I will come more often!
