I had a fantastic encounter with Stylist's Nick! I was made to feel at home and welcome as soon as I came in. He genuinely listened to what I wanted and made excellent recommendations that fit my hair type and style. I felt completely changed when I left, and the attention to detail was superb! I heartily recommend stylist’s Nick to anyone searching for a skilled and qualified hairstylist for men's haircuts and perms! I'll definitely be returning for a regular maintenance haircut and perm.

Went there on a weekday afternoon. Service is great and there are complimentary drinks and snacks too! Nick was very helpful and patient in explaining the different kind of hair treatment for men and how to maintain the perm. He will also advise on which treatment is best for the different type of hair (based on individuals) Highly recommend!

Visited the salon on 23rd September 2024. Was attended by Pei Jia, the service was superb, place was super clean, everyone was very friendly. They provide complimentary drinks before you cut your hair, I almost fell asleep in the area where they washed my hair. Super comfortable. I haven’t cut my hair for a year plus and I couldn’t really tell what style would suit me and I just mentioned to her that so long as it looks good I’m alright with it. She clarified with me as to what would suit my preference and proceed to cut my hair. She was able to change how I look from a homeless man to someone that has my life together. 5 stars was the max but 10/10 would come back again. Highly recommended.

Somehow this impressed me that he is serious and takes pride in his profession.. My hair - briefly told him I want a dark base and he decided something for me... Super satisfied with the outcome!! I had Pei Jia as my hairstylist and omg!! She’s damn gentle, normally the hair salon I’d go to, they’re always pulling my hair when they’re helping me wash, but Pei Jia? She’s not only gentle and she won’t hard sell you. She’s also super friendly and will list out the possibility that your hair might be facing. If I can give a 10 star, I would rate 10/10 or more, just for her service.

He also took care of little details like ensuring we were comfortable and got us a beverage and providing us with a blanket during hair wash while hair treatment was going on and I enjoyed the head massage provided as well. My mother was very pleased with her stylish Jei Pia as well. She gave my mother a really good haircut and coloured her hair very well. Very good job done by the staff! Did a $288 soft rebonding package that was recommended by one of the stuff when I first went there and was subsequently done by Shady. They were really accommodating with my busy schedule and was greeted with drinks and snacks after being seated down. Shady did a great job at rebounding the hair, shared the products that he was going to use and even gave tips and advices on how I should maintain it afterwards. Would recommend this salon as the stuff were also very friendly.

Nick has been very kind, giving advice based on personal head shape, hair texture and length. Instead of upselling, he suggests what's best for the customer. Unlike the traditional barber who cuts based completely on what the customer requests, Nick is very experienced with scissors work, hair texture, length, giving advice based on his numerous years of experience. Saw their adverts on Instagram and decided to give them a try. Tried to book at last min notice and managed to get a slot which was great. Salon was clean and comfortable. Served by peh jia and she was so attentive and detailed throughout the whole process. She would let me know what we are currently doing and how long it will take. It's truly rare to meet a hair stylist whom you decide to follow for the rest of your life. I've met mine 🙂 Ken literally lights up every single time he speaks about hair techniques - cutting, coloring, styling, maintaining, treating. I've learnt so much from him. Not to also mention the fact he surprises me every single time with a new color recommendation or a new style - I've been wanting to try ash shades for the longest time but didn't because I didn't want to bleach my hair. I finally got what I wanted yesterday without the bleach! The ambience in the salon also feels like home, and I learnt every single chair (including those at the wash basins) are customized for ultimate comfort. I sat in the salon for 5 hours yesterday but was completely comfortable throughout - a beautiful testament that these chairs (and the Meraki team's heart for service) are indeed different. Thank you Ken, and the Meraki team, for taking such good care of me (and my head) yesterday. Can't wait to be back again!

Great service and attention by the Meraki staff :) felt really comfortable throughout the men’s perm and cut. Really enjoyed the experience! However, the end product curls aren't very obvious: thinking its either the curlers used are too big or the perm solution too weak. Would have preferred the curls to be more tighter and obvious since my hair is thick and tends to straighten out quickly after a few washes. Right now they look like i haven’t even permed at all Update: told the salon about it and they were extremely gracious to help me touch up the perm! Really love the customer service of the staff. Shoutout to Nick for his tips!
