I have been going Oriental Hair Solutions for about 1 year or more than a year, I see the difference!! As I always drop a lots of hair. Waking up with a lots of hair on my pillow but after I start going oriental hair solutions it’s really help, I do see the big difference and of coz must consistently go for appointments as for me i go once a week that’s why I see the big difference change. Their service is very good and they are friendly. Jo Chong was my consultant in woodlands oriental hair solutions. Talking to her about my hair problem and advise me what I should do and what’s is good for me in a very professional way. Her service is legit more than 5 stars. She is friendly and good listener this is very important as she know what we need and solve our scalp problem 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Karen is the reception at oriental hair solutions she is very helpful and friendly. Always assist each one of us when we come for our appointment. Emily, Stephanie and Jolly was the one who always do my hair/scalp treatment, their massage is Soo comfortable and professional most of the time I fall asleep 😅😅😅. They are very friendly and awesome!!! So if you really have hair/scalp problem do check them out and listen to what your consultants have advice and follow what they say you will definitely see the difference. Good Luck ☺️👍🏻

My consultant, Jo, is professional in her job and always gives great advices to resolve any of my scalp/ hair issues that I faced during different situations. Along with her team, from the reception to the therapist, they were all friendly and helpful to ensure my every trip to the salon is an enjoyable one. One of the regular male therpist, Ah boy, who frequently attend to me always recommend interesting discoveries, ranging from amazing food restaurant to patronize to entertaining videos he came across in youtube. Before this my hair was quite bad. My hair was oily and there are alot of hairfall. So i was introduced by Joey Yeo the consultant at Oriental Hair Solution. She talk to me advised me about my hair and advised me to do treatment. So now i felt my hair much better and comfortable. Thanks to Joey Yeo. She is very friendly and joyful and humorous too. Every week she will checked and guide me about washing my hair. Joey and the rest of her colleagues like Joe, Ah Boy and Penny without fail will help me and smile at me. Initially, I did not go for treatment regularly but after getting to know them more, I brought my daughter along with me now. Best part is that we are getting hair cut by Evelyn. Her skills is good. Went for a scalp detox session. Jo and one male staff took. Are of the procedure. Both were really good. Very patient both of them. Good service. I'm a happy customer.

I bought a voucher from fave just to try this treatment on my hair. (Causeway Point Branch) Appointment : Karen was very helpful booking my appointment with them. We came abit earlier on that day. The reception staff asked to wait in the small room and gave us paper to fill up. Afterwards they asked me to transfer to other room and my boyfriend stay there our consultant needs to check our scalps. Our consultants name if I'm not mistaken is kemmy and joey. Consultant asking us basic questions about our lifestyle, our workplace and our hair care habits. Followed by a scalp analysis. A scanner was used to capture magnified images of various parts of our scalps. With the help of the images, the consultant analysed the problem areas in our hair and scalps. Joey informed me that I have oily scalp, it damaged my follicles and causes of my hair loss. She informed me that she will use 7 steps for this treatment that will take an hour. Treatment : Joey brought me to the salon area. She introduced me to a male staff that will gonna do my treatment. She apologies that she had urgent things to do so her colleague will assist me. First they spray something on my scalp leave it for few minutes and he washed my hair thoroughly with shampoo (it's very cold on my scalp) I like the smell of the shampoo and it feels very refreshing. After he washed my hair he massage it and apply treatment lotion. The massage is good but only lasted for about 1 to 2 minutes. After the treatment they asked us to wait in the same room where they scan again our scalps and show us the difference before and after the treatment. This time only kemmy explained for bought of us. She told me there's a change after the treatment but for me still the same. Then she said if i continue much better i will see the big difference. So here we go up selling of their hair treatment package. She told me since i have voucher from Fave i can have a very big discount for 10 sessions is 300++ sgd before it was 1800++. Only for today. We said no we just wanted to try the treatment. Kemmy is very nice but one Auntie suddenly came and keep talking to my boyfriend in Chinese language which i don't understand. She keep pushing my boyfriend to tell me to get the package so my boyfriend told her to talk to me instead of talking to him cos he knows i don't understand. We told them again NO but this auntie very pushy. I feel very uncomfortable and stress she keep on pushing to get the package. And that auntie told him if we like it then nothing to think about get it. As what my boyfriend tells me. Luckily my boyfriend was there he said thank you but no we don't have enough budget for that today we'll think about it first. Kemmy still gave us free hair care kit and a free trial voucher to be given to our friends. But we don't want to give it to others because we know how they do the business scary. We don't want our relatives or friends feel stress about signing packages like what I feel.
