What an unexpected and wonderful experience! She was very professional and attentive and used instruments to carefully examine and analyze the condition of my scalp and hair. I came with my family, and she would provide us with different correct care methods and knowledge for our different scalp problems. She provided me with a variety of products to try based on my condition and gave me a great experience! She patiently answered all my questions and helped me identify and correct my bad habits. This is a big gain. During the process, the store provides warm massage and hot compress services, tea, drinks and biscuits. It is very considerate and comfortable. I will definitely come again if necessary, and recommend my friends to come here for consultation and professional scalp and hair care!

09/08/2024 I was served by Ison and I’m extremely pleased by his service. I like his details and explanation about my hair concern. He’s and patience and no hard selling. But decided to sign package as I like their top notch service and being professional for my hair concerns after I had try their first trial. 22/11/2024. Update: result speaks louder than words. I have just upload pictures before and after treatment of my hair. I have already done 5 or 6 session of their hair treatment. Also using their hair products, which are pro and stem c hair product series. Yes, I do see my hair is so much smoother and less tangle. Best investment hair care product ever in my life !!!

Been here for years and scalp always feel very clean after that. Good for maintenance for the harsh chemicals that we always use. Consultant Kara and hair therapists Xin Ru were always very patient and polite in answering all queries. Never pushy and i always had a good experience here. Very calm and serene place to relax and enjoy the treatments.

The hair cleansing treatment and nano gold is very comfortable and soothing. I have also been using their hair products for quite some time and can feel the effect and hair did not drop as much as before after each hair wash. Chrystal is also very thorough in explaining and recommending me suitable products for my hair concern. Overall a very good experience and I don’t find them pushy that’s a plus factor for me .

She ensure the treatment works for my hair loss and non-pushy for the product needed. An excellent hair treatment centre tucked away in Bedok Mall. First they conduct a detailed analysis of hour scalp explaining the difficulties or problem areas. Then they suggest the appropriate treatment for your conditions. I find their charges fair considering the type of products they are using for me. I would return for my regular treatment. Look out for Crystal the gregarious manager and she'll give you the best service ever.

After 4 sessions of scalp treatments, I do see my scalp dryness improved and less clog. The centre is very clean and comfortable. Consultant Karla has been very helpful in advising me on my treatment as well as caring/patience towards my concern. I have been suffering from scalp inflammation and hair loss for years and have no clue on how to fix it. When I had encountered a problem of an extensive hair loss and had tried all over-the-counter treatments unsuccessfully, I decided to hand myself in to professionals. At PHS Bedok Mall my problem was assessed in details by a friendly PHS staff member who after having conducted my scalp scan, had advised me on treatment options for my problem provided by PHS. I opted for in-salon treatments delivered by highly experienced, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly staff. I was initially skeptical about the expected results. However half way through the course of treatments I had noticed significant decrease of my hairloss and by completion of the course, my hairfall stopped. I do not have any pictures to enclose, but you can come in and experience it all for yourself if required. With gratitude to all PHS staff in Bedok Mall who was there to assist me!
