Did a haircut and treatment at rootz salon. The lady who did the treatment for me gave me a nice and soothing head message. David cut my hair and it turned out really well. The pricing was really good value. Will return again for my next haircut.

I got to know about Rootz Hair Studio through a Bridal FB group recommendation. In preparation for my pre-wedding shoot, I was going to have my hair colored, however, I haven't had my hair colored for more than 5 years and have really black hair. Decided to do some research on them and though their online presence is not strong, I saw a lot of good reviews on Google and on their FB page. Many also mentioned that their prices were really reasonable as well. Called in to book an appointment and David was able to advise me on the estimate pricing based on the information I gave him. I enjoyed the entire experience with them. They really put in 110% effort and concentration when servicing you. Even with the phone ringing and the multiple walk-ins, they really put you first. David was my stylist and the color he picked out for my hair was just what I had hoped for! He answered my many questions and was a good conversationalist. He was also surprised when I told him how I got to know about their Studio. He said they don't do much marketing and social media, and it's all by word of mouth. He also thanked me for my support. I would also like to emphasize they are honest and transparent about their prices. The ensured I was okay with the charges before starting on any additional services (eg hair treatment, etc.) There was also zero hard-selling and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I would have easily have been charged double or more at other salons (I know this because I did my research). Overall, I really give them 5 stars and have no regrets!

Brought my 7 months old boy for his first haircut today. There was a miscommunication on the timing but David was very accommodating. He is very professional and patient. Totally recommend going there for baby haircut! My boy is so stylish and all ready for cny 😍

And it was no surprise that with her great knowledge on hair care and hair styling; together with top-notch customer service, she opened up her very own salon - Rootz, together with her husband. This guys are amazing! If you are not Asian and looking for somebody to cut and color and make you a hair dress but nice and cheep - go there! Definitely they can work with non Asian stile hair. And you know? I'm with curves hair!!!
