Cindy Lu, listened attentively to my preferences and offered great suggestions. The hair styling was precise, and the highlights were blended beautifully into my natural hair colour. What stood out was the excellent customer service and how meticulous she is. I felt pampered throughout the appointment. She's the best hairstylist I've ever come across, and will always return to her.

Have been to this outlet since 5-6 years ago after buying the herbal hair darkening package. Probably came 40+ times already. Have a fixed hairstylist, Ivy, who is ever so friendly and accommodating. Just need to give a call in advance to minimize the waiting times. Salon gives a friendly vibe and most customers are returning customers, showing the high level of satisfaction with the services.

SK at bedok reservoir branch is a very thoughtful hairstylist, so fortunate to have met him. His attitude of putting client’s interest before himself , his passion towards his career is over shined. His help toward my late mum, as wheelchair and refused to go saloon due to low self esteem, he came to my house during his lunch hour to cut for her . My mum passed on within a week after the cut. My mum passed on with beautiful hairstyle and not messy old women look. I am very grateful to him . He is definitely an asset to Snip Avenue . He always skip his lunch for his clients and start before 10am and he will give his full service even we came after 7pm and can only end after 9pm . Would also like to mentioned the service received from branch manager Ah Jiao, she make us feel like home and many personal care and touch.
