Kelly served me when I went for my appointment yesterday. She was very thorough and attentive, informing me every step she was about to carry out and even checked on whether I needed more tea halfway through. Even at the last step when it was near their closing time she took the extra time and effort to section my hair while blow-drying it so that it’ll be totally dry and styled. I was also impressed with how she did a good job of massaging my head and neck during the hair wash instead of just quickly getting through it. Excellent service!

I enjoy going in for my scalp treatment. The staffs are very friendly and the environment are clean. Hair specialists Felicia explained well about my scalp conditions. I especially enjoyed being served by Chee Li Li as she is very gentle and attentive. She is also very patient in blow-drying my hair as i have long and thick hair.

Clean environment, good service/hair dry, frequent check ups on scalp conditions. Staff always give good service. If you really need help on scalp care this place might be your option, but if you have a scalp with conditions that you can do homecare, you may not need to sign up for many packages. They will try to give reasons why you should buy a package and primers/shampoo throughout the processes. I did purchase but I will not buy again until I use up all.

She always gives her best support to assist me to get my healthy hair back and regrow in good condition.
