Had a scalp trial at TrichoKare Nex, their service is sooo good, Chantel is pleasant and very friendly. The girl who did my treatment was very nice too. The treatment was comfortable, they did scan my scalp before and after, and my scalp feel fresh. Although 1 time treatment they said can't clear all my sensitive and still have dried flaky scalp, they gave me a lot of good tips to take care of my hair.

Have been visiting this outlet for about 1 year now and their staff have been providing consistent good services, love the small little details they offer like they will provide blanket when u feel cold, offer tea and check on your condition to ensure that you are well taken care of during the process of getting the treatment done. It all started when my husband signed me up for a trial. The experience was enjoyable, and Jenny's expertise was assuring. What I appreciate most is there is absolutely no hard selling and any package signed is customised according to needs and lifestyle. When to my 1st trial for scalp treatment at TK Serangoon Nex. Kat was the one attend to me, my concern is genetic hair loss and oily scalp, she explain about my scalp issue and how to solve the issue. She’s definitely not hard sell, which make me feel comfortable with her. And the treatment is good as she’s base on my scalp condition to customzie what I needed. Almost did not want to sign a new package but I'm gald that I did give another chance with TK thanks to Kat. Was initially introduced and signed up a trial package via diagnosed by the hair consultant but saw no improvement. That was when Kat was brought in as my consultant she then did another analysis and consultation. She understood my concerns and explained why my previous treatment did not work for me. She immediately switched my treatment package to the treatment she proposed for me to test out. She was confident that I would be able to see results within a few months time and that made me decided to give TK another chance. Sure enough, baby hairs started to show in the next couple of months. She often checks in with me to ensure that the treatment is effective and I'm well taken care of. Although the journey to recovery is still long, I am glad and appreciative for Kat's professionalism, care and concern. Please ensure she is given enough rest and breaks in between to have a decent meal. She's getting busier and skinner!

Went for their $45 trial with consultation and Scalp purification treatment. Was served by Chantel during my time. She was really well-informed and knowledgeable in hair health and was really patient in all questions that I have about my hair. She also explain to me about the treatment packages and advised me on which ones are of higher priority to me as I am on a tighter budget. There was no hard selling involved and she waited till i finished treatment till further discussion. After the treatment, i felt a huge improvement in the volume and texture of my hair and therefore signed a package with them. Update: 2nd visit to this place today, was served by Kat for my scalp purificafion treatment. She made the extra effort to give me a good head massage during hair wash and serum spray. My head also feels a lot lighter after every treatment, Thanks Kat!

Went for a scalp cleansing treatment after purchasing a first trial voucher for ~26 from a Watson promoter. Was pleasantly surprised by how meticulous and professional the staff were, Roy attended to me and explained the hair growth process in detail and did not exaggerate my hair problems unlike some other consultants. He was also polite and pleasant throughout and there was no hardselling. Head massage was great and their shampoo smells really refreshing. Packages are around 800 for 5 sessions (with machine), depending on your condition.

I bought the voucher from Watson . Follow up with the telemarketer book appointment. When I arrived the retail shop , the customer service ask me ID for verification. At first I reject to give them as I feel insecure , after they explain to me just to verify the name and will not record down any details from ID .ok fine . Consultation take me about 20min Scalp check before The treatment take about 1hour 30min and follow by another scalp check after . Eventually, I did not sign any package recommended by my specialist but their service and professionalism is thumb up 👍🏻
