I recently had a great experience with Benjamin Moore, thanks to the excellent service provided by sales consultant William. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly as he went through the process with us. The painters, Oo and Sarn Mon, also deserve special commendation for their excellent workmanship. They were very polite and professional, making the entire experience a pleasure. My wife and I are very happy with the results - our home looks new and refreshed. Highly recommend Benjamin Moore for their top-notch service and quality work!

Engage Benjamin Moore services for the 1st time due to their colour preference/availability (nippon colour not available). 5 rm flat whole house sealer/ aura paint completed in 2 days. ( 3 man power for prep surface/ scraping / sealer / sanding / dbl coat of paint. Surprise factor: Less smell than nippon paint. Surface touch smooth feeling after painting (eggshell): diffrent feeling from nippon. Painter Mr. Zaw & team. Top notch intiative. High class workmanship. Mr. William project manager top notch supervision/engagement. 100% will engage Benjamin Moore painting services again. No doubt abt this. Hassle free process. Worth spending.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jonathan for my own flat and my daughter 4-room unit in both occasion (last year and in 2024). He is very professional, efficient and gave very good color advice. Also Benjamin Moore painting quality is top notch and the BM team finished the painting job on time with great attention to detail. Benjamin Moore did a fantastic job in repainting our house within 2 days. Leonard was patient in explaining the range of paints and gave good advice on our choice of colours. He managed the job professionally and came on-site to monitor the progress. The painters were very professional from site preparation to painting. The floor, furniture, fixtures and fittings were carefully covered by plastic sheets to prevent accidental damage. The end result was a beautifully painted home that looked very much refreshed. I would strongly recommend Benjamin Moore for their wide range of colours, premium products and quality work by a highly skilled team.

I took the 1st leap of faith & decoupled the house painting component from my main contractor’s scope of work. Then I took the 2nd leap of faith to proceed with this brand that not many people (including my parents) are familiar with. Went down to their physical showroom to understand learn about the product. Not only BM have many more colours to choose from, some of the colours are also multi-dimensional i.e. depends on the viewing angle, or time of day, the colour appears to look different, and that is what I want! Then, William was assigned to handle my project. I already had my colours shortlisted and the first comment he gave was, “Your colours very dark.” Based on my shortlisted swatch, he recommended me another lighter colour yet remains in the same tone and family. As the swatch is not available in the showroom, William took the initiative to search in his own collection, drove down and handed me a square for my consideration. This is extremely thoughtful and helpful as the colour represented 90% of my the walls so I cannot afford to have regrets! He also recommended me to go with Eggshell (instead of Matte), which is such an absolute beauty of a finish. William is right, this finish is very special indeed. I’m super happy to be assigned to William. His professional opinions & friendliness is enough to secure me as a returning customer to engage the Benjamin Moore experience again for my future painting needs. Job well done, A+!

We're pleased with the quality of the paint and workmanship by William and his team. We went for the paint as we wanted non-toxic paint for our children. During the painting, there was some miscommunication between my ID and them but it was quickly resolved. The touch-ups after were done well. Highly recommend Benjamin Moore.

Mr William Ong is a dedicate and responsive sales manager of Benjamin Moore Painting. He visited our house to understand what our's preferences, and are delighted on the colors he had advised and selected. The teams who did our house painting are friendly and polite. Excellent service. Great job pulling down the old wall paper, removing the nails and cracks, and repainting my whole house. Felt like a new flat again - and all done in 3 days. Leonard the sales person I had is trustworthy and honest in his dealings . The painters they use were exceptionally professional too. the great thing about Benjamin Moore paints is that they offer a wider spectrum of less popular colors than what is available from SG's other suppliers. took me forever to find a deep, dark green like British racing green until I discovered this store.
