I enquired via Shopee chat and the team very kindly followed up over a call to explain all the technical details to me. It was super helpful to allow me to realize what the problem was, and I decided to purchase a toilet seat cover to replace. I was worried that the quality of the replacement cover will not be close to what I have in my home (Laufen brand), and there was no way to ascertain the quality via a showroom. I decided to give it a shot, and the quality was really good (doesn’t feel plasticky, soft closing is good) and I could hardly tell the difference between the original and replacement cover aside from the weight. Super pleased with my purchase experience!

*This is an opinion based on personal experience* Firstly, we are deeply grateful for their support leading up to the purchase decision. DHES assisted us over the past two weeks in determining the compatibility of their lock dimensions with our metal gate. Secondly, their responsive scheduling and efficient installation allowed us to address this before the Chinese New Year.
