I got Jiarong's contact through a friend who had his whole flat done. Mine was only the master bedroom window which was faulty. I contacted JiaRong on a Monday and by the following Tuesday (he has to order parts and also get permission from HDB so it takes some time) he was at my flat bright and early and got it replaced within 1.5 hours minimal fuss or mess. He will also come to the flat somewhere in between to look at your window and measure. Be patient with contacting him as he seems to be very busy but he will respond. Keep text short and get to the point is my feedback. Pricing is also reasonable so that's key. I have since recommended him to my neighbour and would recommend him to anyone based on what he did for me.
