Thomas was very detailed and patient in explaining the steps to use the keypad lock. The keypad does not fit nicely to the door but he tried his best to cover the sides with a putty. Keep up the good work.

We visited the Eunos showroom last week and was attended to by May. May was patient and kindly showed us and explained the locks that we were keen in. We decided on a Solity gate lock on the same day. Purchased solity digital gate locker from Hoz. Delivered and installed system within 3 days from the date of purchase. Sales person is really demonstrated well. The technician is really friendly person and provided demo for the locking system after installation and very patient to clear all my doubt. I tried methods such as using pin, finger print, rfid card, sticker card to lock and unlock the gate and all works well. Later I need to try for the bluetooth when I have time.

The existing shop is not convenient to travel to but the shop itself has a great ambience and service is amazing. The guy who came to fix the digital lock, took about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get everything fixed and cleaned where ever he made mess, which is great 👍Hoz has a good range of digital locks you can choose from and a number a brands as well. There are also affordable range digital locks!

Totally recommend Hoz Digital Lock! Great service and look out for their special offers. Few weeks ago, I was replacing my metal gate and main door, due to lack of coordination from my contractor, both didn't come with any lock. I reached out to many "big players" for help, they either very slow to reply or not very helpful answering my questions... Except Hoz Digital Lock, they answered my enquiries, within 2 hours they came down and installed the new lock! No extra charges for last minute installation, instead we realized they are the cheapest in the market! Thank you Hoz Digital Lock!

Pre-ordered Kaadas The Legend Lamborghini 3D Face digital lock from Hoz Digital Lock on January 2022, the lock finally arrived and installed on 5th April after a long wait. It’s worth waiting and I’m satisfied with the installation too. A usual problem for HDB gates are you can’t close the gate as the gate handle will knock on the protruding digital lock. My gate couldn’t close so the installer did a great job by uninstalling the inner gate handle and use magnet to close the gate instead as it cannot be lock. The gate looks normal on the outside but on the inside you’ll see a missing gate handle which I think is ok. Good job done by Hoz Digital Lock. 👍
