My new go to spot for all hardware needs. Definitely ideal for design students working on prototypes or furniture to get their necessary materials and equipment here. Jasmine was super helpful and friendly, helped to look for the colours I needed. Do enquire through their WhatsApp for any uncertainties!

we were hunting for pvc pipes and coudlnt find any despite going to numerous hardware stores, a very generous and caring aunty from the staff helped us and gave us pvc pipe cutters as well as helping us to understand which parts would fit for our science project. 10/10 caring and super helpful staff, give that lady a raise!!

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. It still have not yet arrived. 1 week after ordering the item and not receiving them, I contacted them email but there was no response, so I contacted them via whatsapp. They mentioned the order was packed by an intern and was already shipped out. The next day they said "The items were shipped but they will be on their way to you tomorrow!". It has been a total of 15 days now and the item has yet to arrive. Absolutely unacceptable. Edit: Item has arrived, but 2 of the drill bit I ordered are rusted. They offered a refund of the shipping fee and a 25% discount on those bits.

Called the store prior to coming down and the lady who answered sounded very friendly and polite. Certainly a great first impression as it's my first time going to the store. Upon reaching, she was very helpful, patient and sincere in helping me choose a paint colour for wall touchups. The colour she suggested by spot on and my wall looks flawless now. Excellent service!

Bought a water heater from this shop in pasir ris. The lady in charge Ms jasmine is very helpful and polite. They sent a handyman to install for us and he is also very efficient. Will patronize this shop as good service and price reasonable.

I live nowhere near Pasir Ris but the metal paint I was looking for was out of stock islandwide. I took a leap of faith and drove here since they had good reviews and I saw the item I wanted on their online store. Unfortunately, the paint I wanted was in stock but was kept at their warehouse. It was near their closing time and they couldn't get the paint from the warehouse. Therefore, Xavier recommended another brand of metal paint to me. He took the time to open up the different colours for me to visually see which coat was the closest to what I wanted. I also needed some bulbs and he gave advise on which wattages would fit best for my scenario. Auntie Eng was also really friendly and helped us procure the rest of our shopping list. I felt really taken care of and the whole experience felt more like dealing with friends. They are a truly warm-hearted bunch!

I came across Intertech through Lazada apps with regards to my current Lever Lock Set and Window latch. This was my first attempt patronised Intertech, although Jasmine were slightly delayed due to my what's app & email correspondence. Fortunately Jasmine responded back to me explaining her busy work schedule and short-handed manpower. Jasmine apparently arranged her brother Jeffery to installed the latch. Surprisingly Jeffery was punctual and friendly he was very patient and execute his duty professionalism and giving me the best advice ( Do's & Dont's) he adviced me not necessary to change the Lever Lock but instead the window latch. I'll definitely return to Intertech for my household products in coming days. Lastly, I'll like to honour my appreciation and gratitude to Jasmine & Jeffery for their amazing efforts and work done deligently. Will highly recommend friends & neighbours to patronise Intertech in the near future. Keep up your good work guys. Well done..👍👍👏

Their Staff are very friendly and helpful , am Pleased and Impressed with the shop Owner Ms Jasmine responsiveness , especially answered the call and immediately sorted out the issue with respective parties, as had purchased the rain shower system , in doing my self assembly process , facing problem due to component part not stated as assembled , with one empty plastic bag in the box, caused the misunderstanding of missing part, which eventually brought to the shop and with the help of their staff Mr Xavier to identified the issue and resolved. Mr Koh was very very helpful and kind. Helped me spend some time to find fitting screws and nuts to fix my bike bag. It’s a tough job, cos there are hundreds to look at.
