I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jestec (Steve Pang) for window film installation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The team of three professionals, lead by Alan demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail from start to finish. They meticulously covered all furniture with plastic sheets before beginning their work, ensuring that everything remained clean and protected. As global warming worsens, window solar film is one crucial & sustainable method to reduce heat indoors, especially as my home's west-facing side is all windows, & being at high-rise building, I can't install external sun-shades. With my own in-depth analysis of international brands of films, & installers with many years' experience, I chose 3M Prestige Series Sun Control Window Film, & chose Jestac Pte Ltd as installer, because: 1) 3M Prestige is used in many countries all over the world for many years. 3M Singapore's youtube shows it's in Singapore since 12 years ago. It has this huge global track record, & doesn't have bad reviews (eg. making window glass crack, film falling off, etc.). 2) It has PR60 & PR70 so that my home interior stays relatively brighter than many other films/brands which make homes very dark. 3) It is metal-free, so it doesn't affect mobile phone/internet reception, & won't have film corrosion. 4) Jestac is 3M's sole Authorized Window Film Dealer in Singapore. This means the important long warranty of 15 years (or 3 years for casement windows) for this prestigious product is provided by 3M Company (a 122-year-old global company with one of the world's best brands) & Jestac jointly. If I use other non-authorized installer, warranty is by only that installer, not by 3M. 5) Jestac has many years' experience & overall good customer reviews. After installation, there is indeed some heat reduction. I have PR60 for lower panels, & PR70 for top hungs (see photo for one of the rooms). Special commendation to Jestac's installer Iran: He is careful & polite, & consciously kept my home, windows & home items clean & un-damaged. Jestac also provides good customer service. Jay is responsive to my initial calls. After sales, Joyce periodically messages to ask whether everything went well with the installation. Highly recommended!

Was attended by Steve, very prompt in reply and followup well, the workers were very skill and detail as well, on day of installation, they spot 1 crack on the top of my window, and they recommend us to seek HDB to change the window, and they came back another time just to do up the small window again. I recommend to have Jestac as they are professional in providing their services. On the day of installation I received a call from the site manager and because I wasn’t around she made the effort to visit the site to make sure everything is fine. Amazing experience with Steve. I was recommended by my cousin to engage their service as the Hdb door frame was impossible to paint over. From the start of conversation to engagement, the service was great and there wasn’t any excuses or push around when told to come back for repeated checks. Very professional service by the installation team. Good advice given too. The film is effective at cutting heat and glare. We used PR70. My son’s room was so hot before that but after the film, he doesn’t bother to switch on the aircon even in the mid afternoon. There will be a little bubbling right after installation which we were pre-empted that it’s normal to expect this and the bubbles would disappear after which it did. Thank you so much! We will be doing our kitchen windows and backyard doors next with Jestac.

Steve was my contact point at Jestac. He came down promptly for our appointment and gave me a good overview of the solar films available. I explained to him what I need in particular and after going over some sample from the booklet we settled in a combination of NV25 & NV15 which has privacy in the day time. Based on my personal use & experience, the heat rejection is very evident on a hot day. Installation was done in about 1/2 day. I was provided with care instructions as well. From the naked eye no possible bubbles that we were advices about could be seen as well. All films were cut so well to for the windows. Could find no gaps at all. It was well worth it! Great job Jestac team, Jay was the specialist that helped with the measurements and consultation and he was very professional. Now here's the fantastic part, I have chosen the film PR70 from the Prestige category for a specific purpose of having the least amount of tint on the window because theres a great view outside and also to really lower the warmth of the room. PR70 has done a fantastic job of achieving both, no joke, after having the film installed and tested over 2 months, when I walked into the room, I can really feel that cool cold air feeling and this is a room without an Air-con inside and during noon time in the afternoon ! Some of my windows are without direct hit from the sun and I choose not to install the film because there are curtains there already but now I regretted I should have install it to other windows too especially to those with a walk in wardrobe ! Even if there are curtains, installing the film helps with reducing the trapped heat of the room during the day

I had bought over a resale unit that was very well-maintained, but the colours of kitchen cabinet and wardrobe laminates didn’t work well for the theme I have in mind. Instead of spending additional (and what I think was unnecessary) money to hack and rebuilt the entire kitchen cabinet and bedroom wardrobe, I chanced upon Jestac on instagram and decided to engage their service to help with the transformation. I was serviced by Jay and I must say he was very professional, patient and gave a lot of good advices to my queries and concerns. The installation took about 1.5 days and the installers were very meticulous when wrapping. They also informed me immediately of any minor defects in my cabinets that might affect the wrapping and gave advices on how we can rectify the issue. Overall, I would say I am very happy with the results, the quality of the wraps used as well as the service rendered. I would definitely recommend homeowners to reach out to Jestac if you wish to transform your homes without needing to go through major renovations!

PR70 film will be more suitable for condo facade requirement. PR60 can be a little obvious (darker), in case condo management is strict. The installation staff were punctual, helpful. Most importantly, they did an excellent job with the 3M solar film installation. The 3M solar films were very effective in reducing the heat in my home.
