Nippon didn’t have any showroom in Singapore but after reviewing a couple of reviews we decided to head down to this retailer that has one of the better reviews. Just like most of the reviews have claimed, the middle aged lady who had attended to us was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for silver for our home railing, and she offered to open up a paint and did a swatch as seen in picture. Even though we didn’t manage to get the exact colour match that we were looking for, she even went the extra mile to recommend us to another store. Her service is impeccable, truly customer first.

We are three days before lock down and everyone is planning their future month at home. I was looking for a special colour. The gentleman had a full shop, people queuing and was very polite, helpful to everyone, friendly and kind, professional. He was by himself to handle all the customers and it was literally one after the other, no pause.
