This is our 2nd time engaging them, this time we decided to remodel our common toilet. 2018 we had Hatta to handled some reno of our private house. It was done swiftly, meticulously n good workmanship. Fast forward 2024, we decided to engage Novastra again n this time round Sha is the one who was incharge for our resale unit. He brought us to choose some tiles, giving us advices n at the same time allowing me to go ahead with my 'whimsical design' in mind. Bricks n tiles were done efficiently n swiftly but toilet door, shower screen n window took a week later. When we had some leaked, Sha was quick to send man over the next day to rectify the problems.. We were impressed Sha took extra initiative to make sure the toilet scrubbed n polished after some uneven putty on the sides of the walls. The toilet lead by Sha is Fabulous n the cleaning is perfect.. We really love it. Thanks Sha n team. Overall, job well done Novastra Renovations Pte Ltd. We will sure to recommend our friends next time ❤️.

Engaged Hatta from Novastra for the renovation of our new home. As first time owners, we only had the aesthetics of the house in mind. Hatta is not afraid to share with us his knowledge about renovations and help keep us at our budget, while focusing on the needs and the looks of our house. He explained to us in thorough detail about the designs or materials that we chose, and how it will work in the long run. We appreciate that he was practical and honest in his works. He was always at site when we came down for a visit, knowing what is happening, thus it was easier to rectify minor flaws as he is present. It was a pleasant experience working with Mr Hatta, and we hope to work with him again in the future. We had also recommended him to our friends, colleagues and parents and those who engaged had nothing but wonderful views about Novastra.
