Come back twice change still cannot use and it is serve by the lady who don't know anything of remote control. Change third times today met a uncle inside there, he politely said this is not match with last time i take one (i have bring my room aircon remote to check with him). And he show me the remote number, color, and between the sound is different.Thanks God he is more knowing than the lady. Help me to change the correct one. Finally this time can use, urgh! Good sold are Not refundable but can change if stuff cannot use.
