I engaged TMS Alliances Pte Ltd to paint both interior and exterior of single storey semi-D house ard middle 2023. They sub-contracted the job to a contractor. The job was not well done. Supervision was slack by the contractor. My contact at TMS was also away on leave for a short period. In the end TMS had to bring their own workers to remedy the shortfalls. The job took longer than expected. My advice to anyone who wants to engage TMS for their painting services, make sure they only use their own workers and not sub-contract to third parties. Also roof waterproofing MUST be done before painting.

I have engaged TMS for paint works of exterior & interior of my house in Oct 2021. Base on personal experience they are a team of well coordinated workers! Kudos 👍👍👍 to Ms Shirley Tan , she is a very hard working Project Manager. My ratings for her is RRR! Responsible, Responsive, Reliable! She replies to WhatsApp promptly even on weekends 👍 Project completes timely! Painters are professional!
