Called Vincent Locksmith when I couldn’t open my letterbox. Anyway, it’s an old unit and I decided to change new ones since I only have 1 letterbox key from the ex-owner Their reply was fast and we establish an appt on the day itself. I was also having some problem with my room door lock and as such, asked Vincent to take a look. They helped to rectify the lock issue and told me it was my sliding door alignment issue. And they are so kind not to charge me a single cent for helping me with my room door! So kind of them Anyway, they (Vincent & Jean) are efficient, friendly and good with their works! Called up Vincent locksmith and a lady Jean answered patiently explaining to all the queries I had. Appt was fast as it was the next day. Vincent and Jean came by the next day to settle the installation of the lock for the gate. It was less than 5 minutes and the lock was changed. Both of them were very friendly and we chatted a while. Also asked Vincent some questions about lock and security and he answered them promptly. Very nice people and glad I found them. Will recommend.

1) Vincent and Jean has been extremely helpful. On 23rd Dec when everyone is going on break, Jean graciously helped out when I am lock out of my own bedroom. You can imagine the stress my wife and I have to go through! 2) Jean has patiently advised me on the condition of my lock. In fact she advised me not to change my lock cylinder as it is German branded and still usable. That saved me a good 60% of my cost. 3) she took video and pictures to show me once the work is done.
