I highly recommend this clinic! Both Dr. Valerie and Dr. Michelle are exceptional. They always provide full explanations and advice, ensuring I understand my treatment options. They take their time during each appointment, making sure all my concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed, and their dedication to patient care is evident. Additionally, the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. I am surprised how the clinic has revamped and changed for the better. The receptionist was accomodating and friendly, Dr Michelle was very helpful in explaining the medication and the condition, she prompt questions regarding the illness that I faced which many doctor didn't do it so. She took the time to explain and explain the purpose of check up and the procedures involved . The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and professional. They promptly assisted me with paperwork and guided me through the check-in process.

Dr Michelle is a caring and responsible doctor. My 15 year old son went to see her on Day 2 of his illness due to headache and persistent high fever, thereafter he returned to see her on Day 6 due to a breakout of red bumpy rashes all over his body from head to toes including his fingers. She is patient in answering all questions and reassured us it's not some "dangerous" illness like meningitis. As a precaution, she took his blood with much care to send to the lab to test for dengue and viral infection. She was very considerate by asking my son who was feeling dizzy to lie down comfortably on the clinic bed before she took his blood. It was a Sunday New Year Eve 31/12/2023 morning. The blood test was sent as urgent and its report would be received on the same day in the evening. Dr Michelle called me personally as promised in the morning to update us on the blood test result. No dengue but is a type of viral infection. She gave her advice saying that viral infection is self-limiting and just rest til recovery while keeping patient hydrated. The cost of the blood test was very reasonable as it was sent as urgent on the eve of a public holiday. Thank you Dr Michelle for calling to inform us of the blood test result. It definitely helps in allaying our fear.

My first visit to this new clinic (previously was Tek Dispensary Clinic). Dr Michelle and 2 front desk ladies are amazing. Dr Michelle has a calming presence and incredibly knowledgable. She conducted my check-up for a persistent cough with so much care and professionalism. The entire check-up session with her did not feel rushed at all and she’s very thorough in her diagnosis. Definitely had a better experience with Dr Michelle’s healthcare service than Fa*th Clinic right by the market. Highly recommend Dr Michelle to anyone seeking for a compassionate and quality medical care. Thanks! 13/02/2024

Visited the clinic for my LPA certification. The clinic is very clean. Dr Michelle was patient, went through the process thoroughly and we got it done in 15mins. The charges are reasonable and recommended if you are considering doing your LPA too 👍🏻
