I am deeply grateful to Dr. Jacqueline Tan and her amazing team for their care throughout my TFCC recovery journey. From the start, Dr. Tan demonstrated genuine care and patience, taking the time to explain my condition and answer all my questions prior to surgery. Her expert skill in performing the surgery has fixed my wrist, and the results have been life-changing. What truly sets Dr. Tan apart is her thoughtfulness and dedication. After my surgery, despite her busy schedule, she rushed to my ward to discharge me and even made a special request for the ward nurse to arrange a complimentary limo service for my convenience. I also want to highlight her team’s support, particularly hand therapist Zhiqing, who was instrumental to my recovery, as well as Nurse Manager Jennifer and Shu Xian, whose professionalism and care made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Kudos to Dr. Tan and her outstanding team for their dedication and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of specialized expertise!

I first visited Dr. Jacqueline after reading all the wonderful Google reviews. At that time, another orthopedic surgeon had told me that surgery was my only option for treating the recurring TFCC tear in my wrist. However, after evaluating my condition, Dr. Jacqueline reassured me that there was still a chance to recover without surgery. From my very first visit, I felt I was in good hands. TLDR: Dr Jacqueline changed my life in less than 6 months for an injury I suffered in 2020. I had originally visited another doctor in a clinic within the same building in 2020. The doctor told me that surgery was not needed (without conducting any thorough checks) and recommended heat therapy as my only form of treatment. Notwithstanding this, after about 6 months of heat therapy, my condition had only improved and my injury had not been treated. I was still unable to utilise my finger for my day-to-day activities (such as typing on a keyboard). In February 2024, I found and chose Dr Jacqueline after looking at her credentials and reading the Google reviews left by her patients. From the first consultation, it was apparent that Dr Jacqueline is a very professional and thorough doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. She conducted many checks before suggesting surgery as the most suitable treatment. The surgery was not a straightforward one as a result of my injury being neglected for a few years, but it was successful with no complications. Zhiqing (the occupational therapist) made my recovery process much less painful through her professionalism and caring and patient personality. Despite not having done the exercises as religiously as I should have, I regained approximately 75-80% of the ability to utilise my finger in less than 6 months, and I am now able to type on a keyboard with all 10 fingers. I never thought I would take on googles recommendation for a hand surgeon but am super pleased to have found Dr Jacqueline Tan who was able to arrange MRI and surgery within 48 hours given severity. She was also v balanced in her approach - limiting invasive surgery while being thoughtful around costs of procedure. She has her patients best interest at heart! It’s only been 3 days since the last surgery but my fingers feel so much better!

Dr Jacq Tan and her team of nurses from the clinic have been of superb help. I went to seek help for my Mummy’s Wrist after being in pain for 3 months and after reading so many good reviews of the clinic. Dr Tan patiently examined my condition, and upon understanding that I was still breastfeeding, offered the solution of using Steroid injection. I really thought my hand was a gone case and was really dejected but upon taking the jab and initial swelling (which was a normal from the injection), my hand recovered in 7-10 days. Which was a miracle to me! I regretted not visiting them sooner.

I sprained my wrist and was in great pain for 2 months. Even though I consulted the GP and TCM, there was no improvement until I found Dr Jacqueline Tan. She is a warm and friendly doctor who take time to listen to my problem. She was patient in explaining my condition and offer treatment options. The clinic environment is good, staff are friendly. I was here for trigger fingger cause by playing tennis. Dr Jacqueline helped me with an injection and some medicine. It took about 2 weeks to fully recover. So I would recommend this clinic for hand injury during sports.

Really blessed and thankful to be treated by Dr Jacqueline Tan. My right hand was injured on the unwelcoming 1st day of CNY. The pain was so intense and excruciating that i couldn't sleep at night. Simple tasks of brushing teeth and combing hair had become such a challenge to me. I called few specialist clinics immediately after the public holiday, hoping to book an appointment on the same day. However they told me that the next available slot will be on the next day. Then i chance upon Advanced Hand, Wrist and Nerve Centre. The clinic staff Ms Fidi was very assuring and helpful. She helped me in scheduling an appointment slot for me on the very day even though all appointment was filled up while other clinics which i had contacted were unable to. Dr Jacqueline was very patient in assessing my condition. I was diagnosed to have injured my extensor tendon which would require a hand brace to immoblise it and medicine to relieve the pain. No other unneccesary test had been recommended eg MRI as other doctors normally would. My recovery was good and speedy under her great and dedicated care. Now that i have fully recovered and hence able to pen down my appreciation to Dr Jacqueline Tan and her caring staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience and i would certainly recommend Dr Jacqueline Tan to those having hand issues.
