H. M.Visited this clinic on 21/08/24. DR Magnus Lim was very polite and attentive during the consultation. I would also like to compliment Nurse Sarah who performed venepuncture on me. She was quick and very skillful. She also kept reassuring me during the procedure. A pleasant clinic experience indeed. 👍🏼👍🏼

K. L.The nurses in this clinic are so courteous and helpful! They even sheltered my aged parents to the car as it was raining. Its really very rare these days (some nurses in other clinics are so rude) - which is not what you want to deal with when you are sick. Dr Magnus Lim is always patient, kind and professional. Highly recommend them.

M. H. R.This was my first visit to Singapore for an EP medical checkup. The staff welcomed me warmly and efficiently. I encountered a small issue when my EP medical form wasn't delivered after completing my X-Ray at Jurong Polyclinic. However, a staff member named Shini was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Advantage Medical General WhatsApp's number also really helpful in solving the problem. They will try to assist as much as they could. Overall very nice clinic/medical centre to visit. I would gladly recommend this experience to others. 😊👍

R.Went for my pfizer injection the counter staff was very friendly and so kind..they found that my vaccine havent update in NIR system then help me register for NIR as well..so I managed to finish all in 1 place..so efficient..but the I’m dissatisfied with the doctor he beat my hand so many time before jab it was so painful than the injection..and so rude.I’m giving 5 stars for the counter staff at least made me happy.
S. s.Hi, i went to the clinic to do a Travel PCR test 48 hours before departure. The service was excellent, fast n efficient. The charges were fair and affordable. Once da test done, they upload in da system and it was easy to excess. Very well organised n well done. Now i going again for my another trip n my friends n i(14 paxes) are going to the clinic again to do PCR TEST. Well done Jurong Branch staff! Keep up a good job.
