Second time at amk polyclinic and my experience here has been the best of all polyclinic I have been to. Visited Dr Thomas for my feet discomfort and he did a proper check and gave me lots of advice and follow up steps to reduce the pain. He also recommended a proper check through an xray to not miss out any possible issues and slowly explained everything to me. Visited polyclinic again today for a sore throat and headache and Dr Chua Hau NG was friendly and quick during the appointment and gave a suspected diagnosis for my discomfort. I am very satisfied with the services offered here at amk polyclinic. Wait time to see the doctor is close to none as long as a prior appointment has been made through health hub and you reach on time.

Ang mo kio polyclinic opening hours 830am - 4pm Monday - Friday...Saturday 830am - 1230pm...Sunday and public holiday closed... newly opened about 6 months high tech and very clean polyclinic from level 1 - 6 levels...huge polyclinic and self check in kiosks and also self payment kiosks...convenient and easy to used...there are clinic assistants stations at each kiosk to assist old ppl who not good in self check in or self payment after seeing doctor and to collect their medicines... no problem and it's really easy here...I rate 5 stars services...

Smooth service! Doctor and pharmacists were patient and helpful, and cared about patients. Waiting time was okay with appointment. Was in and out in 40min with medication and payment included. Better processes than private clinics!

I recently had the chance to visit the NHG Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic and I must say, I was genuinely impressed by their streamlined workflow and professional services. The staff here is nice and helpful. Got my X-ray done and collected report in 2 hours (Sat). Also managed to get the nasal spray prescribed by my private GP here (pay retail) and saved a trip to Guardian. Overall very positive experience from arrival to departure.

I love consultation with nurse Michelle. She is the most accomodating, attentive consultant I've ever visited so far. Michelle takes her time to listen to me and answering my health questions patiently... She's awesome..We need more health consultants like Michelle. 🥰🥰🥰

I made an online appointment for consultation at 9.10am. 10 min to 10, my number flashed. The female doctor was friendly and gave me a listening ear. On the whole, my experience at this polyclinic was pleasant. The clean and neat environment was pleasing for my eyes. Even the ground level staff were cheerful. I am waiting for the government to quickly build the new polyclinic near NEX shopping mall as it would be just a stone's throw away.

I had an appointment at Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic this morning for my mammogram. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to 2 wonderful employees namely Zarinah at the mammogram office where I had a short interview with her. She made me feel very comfortable as this was my first time doing mammogram at a polyclinic. The second staff that I wish to thank is Latifah at Counter 4A. I wanted to register to see the doctor to have my blood test and she took the time to reach out to me by going through the steps on how should I go about. Kudos to both. Your efforts are appreciated 😂

First time visit on 15th March. From begining till the end the flow of whole process is very smooth. During registration, suprise that policeman is also so helpful to guide the seniors. My mom appointment time is 10.30am and exactly we see the doctor at 10.30am. So impressed! Staff there are friendly and get ready to help you. Well done, keep it up!!

Dr Darrell Tan Keng Yang was the best dentist I've ever had. My last dental visit was in 2019 because I gave birth to my 2 kids in between. Was expecting a very painful experience but with Dr Darrell, other than a bit of sensitivity, there was no pain at all. Probably a bit of discomfort as you would expect from scaling and polishing but it was a very pleasant dental experience. My previous two dental experience at tpy polyclinic was soooo painful that the cleaning had to be split into 2 sessions cos I was nearly crying at the end of it. Dr Darrell was very pleasant and professional too, being thorough with his explanation. He also finished my cleaning in 15 mins too. Super efficient. Thank you Dr Darrell.

Well organized and helpful staff. But temperatures can remind you of winter. Hahahaha. Teamlet A is excellent in patient care. However, NHGP customer service is hugely disappointing. Called them twice and was put on hold for a long time till I gave up. Such a big organization but disappointing at the gate!!

Came here for tetanus vaccination. They were on time for my appointment and Nurse Melissa Goh was very efficient, thorough and cheerful. The place is crowded but well managed and there are lots of staff to help you out if you need directions on appointments, payment etc

This polyclinic is well maintained, clean and tidy. I'm impressed with the facilities here too: ECG and X-Ray all done at the same place and back to doctor consultancy about an hour later. The waiting time is much reduced. Well done Ang Mo Kio polyclinic!

Today is my second time to amk polyclinic . Good experiences from Dr Chong Kwok Chin and Dr Chloe Hui-Ling Choy on both occasions. Both doctors were patient and professional and is willing to lend a listening ear to patients. Special tks to Dr Chloe for her patience today to listen to my long list of conditions.
