L. M.Went on Monday to avoid crowd. New blood-bank newly opened at Punggol area is a good move for northeaster! New vending machine refreshment after donation is easy to use. Be sure to make appointment on peak hour. Currently under-staff. Overall great experience!!
T. V.Nurse Fajeelah is very attentive and professional. I didn't feel any pain at all. When I was doing the blood test, the auntie asked me if I had drunk enough water today. When she found out that I hadn't drunk much, she reminded me to drink a bottle of H2O first. She was very considerate.Another male nurse is also very professional and enthusiastic. He told me that there are more fewer people from 2 to 4 o'clock on weekdays, so if you don’t like too crowd you can come at this time.
Overall very good experience and nice people, will definitely come back again

J.Went on Monday afternoon, there was no crowd so the process was pretty fast. The staff is all very friendly and professional. You get a QR code to pick 2 refreshments at the vending machine after the donation.

1) from Punggol MRT, walk below the tracks at Waterway Point side
2) walk along playground / kids park
3) take the first escalator you see up to 2nd floor (hawker ctr side)
4) see signage and walk straight
5) first door on the left, reach!!
