I am referred by my orthopedic to see Vincent for my finger therapy after finger surgery. He has helped me in my recovery and my finger is fully functional and pain free now. His Patient Service Associate, Erma, is very helpful and friendly. She always tries her best to meet my ever changing appointment needs. Recently, I have also been referred to see Yanzhang for my back pain and Zhong Li for my hip pain. They are understood my multiple chronic pain issues and took great care in treating me. I am truly impressed by their excellent standards of quality care, patience and commitment. Their clinic facility is top notch and I am very comfortable in continuing my treatment there. I highly recommend Vincent, Yanzhang and Zhong Li for your respective Occupational and Physiotherapy needs.

Zhong Li was very helpful and understanding when going through the process of rehab after my shoulder surgery. He was very attentive to the pain points in my shoulder and provided a wide variety of exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles as well as increase my flexibility to avoid injury. Overall it was a great recovery experience and I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a qualified physiotherapist!

I've been getting help from Vincent since undergoing reverse shoulder surgery in 2021. He is very knowledgeable and tailors varied exercises suited to the different phases and my limitations/capacity throughout the long recovery process. He is very helpful when I have questions; and very encouraging as I put in the effort on my part to do the exercises well. My experience with CARe is very positive. Yan is encouraging and careful with the exercises he introduced to recover get the strength and flexibility of my dislocated knee. He is also very detailed in explaining the reason of each exercise. Although we are working with a very tight timeline of 2 weeks for me to get back to work, he made it possible :)

I was referred to Zhong Li for physio therapy before & after my meniscus reattachment surgery. Throughout the long and challenging recovery journey, Zhong Li has been very encouraging and patient with his services. He has incorporated the different exercises to help with my muscles building, in order to better support my knee. Thanks for all the hard work Zhong Li! :)

This is my first time engaging Yanzhang for my knees issues. He was very professional and experienced. He also recommended some useful exercises as part of the treatment. I could get rid of my knees issues after one treatment and diligently doing the recommended exercises from Yanzhang. Thank you Yanzhang for the Physio treatment and the recommended exercises.

PT Zhong Li is experienced, knowledgeable and caring. He is encouraging, caring, cheerful, communicates well. Vincent is a funny and friendly occupational therapist who has gone above and beyond in helping me with my rehab! He communicated from the beginning that he wanted me to be open and comfortable with him so that he could help, and he has remained supportive and extremely accommodating towards my needs. He is responsive and on the ball whenever problems come up, and is honest when he is unsure about anything and will redirect me to whoever can fill in the gaps where necessary. I can always trust that Vincent has my best interests at heart and as a pianist I feel safe with my hands in his care! :)
