I had a fish bone stuck in my throat on a Saturday and was feeling extremely nervous and scared. Dr Tham took time off to see me at Gleneagles Urgent Care Centre. He was incredibly friendly and reassuring, which immediately put me at ease. The entire process was smooth and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’m very grateful for his expertise and care. Highly recommend Dr Tham!

Referred to Dr Alex by DoctorAnywhere Initially I was very nervous to see Dr Alex for my recurrent tonsillitis because I have heard of many stories of ENT doctors being too rough and rude. However, Dr Alex is the opposite of that and he is truly one of the most nicest doctors I've met! Dr Alex was attentive, kind and gentle during the consultations. He was reassuring despite my nervousness and continued to be patient with me and my questions. In the OT before starting my tonsillectomy surgery, I recalled telling Dr Alex I was very scared and he proceeded to reassure me that I will be ok. He also made time to come by after the surgery to check if all is ok. Extremely grateful for him and for those who intend to see him for a tonsillectomy- I definitely recommend and assure you that you'll be in good hands! Thanks again, Dr Alex!

I was in a lot of discomfort and my hearing in my right ear was barely there. Dr Alex Tham was able to quickly remove the ear was which completely blocked my ear canal. But before even attempting to clean my ear he was able to diagnose that there was no ear infection and it was just an ear blockage. Tried private GPs and self- medication for at least 2 weeks but I still couldnt hear anything. But my hearing was back instantly after ear canal was unclogged. It was really a relief. Thanks Dr Alex!

Dr Tham is well trained and has vast knowledge in his field. Extremely skilled and highly recommended if you need a doctor who listens, provide options weighing the pros and cons to his patients.
