Dr Yvonne is very patient when listening to the issues our baby is having. And she will check on him and proceed to sit us down and explain in great details what is happening (for us to have a clear understanding). She will then let us know the medication she will prescribe and what the medication does to the baby. The side effects and etc. I think as parents we are all worried about our children’s health. Thus, this is the main reason why we always go to Dr Yvonne. The medication she prescribed always works on our son and we love her patience when handling our son. The counter staff are very friendly and understanding too.

It is best you make an appointment to see the doctor to avoid the crowd. Dr Yvonne is by far the most patient and honest doctor I've met. She shared with me a step-by-step guide on how to tackle my child's sensitive nose and I see improvement within days. Will definitely recommend if you stay in the West and is in need of a reliable PD.
