We would highly recommend visiting Dr Michael at East Coast Podiatry (Bukit Timah Clinic) for any foot-related problems because not only is treatment effective, service is professional and top-notch. I had an overstrained ankle tendon due to a collapsed arch and my husband suffered plantar fascilitis. Both of us were in debilitating pain before we went for treatment. We liked that Dr Lai assured us that with shockwave therapy and rest, we will get better and indeed this is true. We can now walk with little to no pain (we’re still on the path to recovery). We also appreciated the very warm and friendly service provided by the other staff members, who were very helpful with their reminders. We would like to thank Dr Lai and his team for helping us to regain full mobility.

Visited East Coast Podiatry unpon recommendation from a friend for both my daughter and myself. Dr Lai provided clear explanation of both our conditions and the way forward with the pros and cons of each plan. My daughther who is shy warmed up to the staff here quickly and the environment helped her to open up. Advices on the exercises needed for my condition was clear as well. Definitely recommending Dr Lai to family and friends who might need to see a podiatrist.

In my subsequent sessions, Ms Arian tended to me with utmost care and checked up on me in between each week, ensuring a smooth treatment process. I went in for an ingrown toenail surgery and Ms Stefanie Glover tended me with the utmost care and it was very reassuring. I was worried it would be very painful but she gave explained the procedure and the whole session was done within 45min. The aftercare service was great and it gave me the assurance it was money well spent. In about a week I was walking with ease although with open sandal and a bandage round the toe. Thank you to ECP for the care and help to ease the pain.

In early Nov 2022 I consulted Podiatrist Ben at Guthrie hse for my right heel pain. He was very patient and asked questions to understand my lifestyle and possible causes for my heel pain. Scan was done and confirmed I have plantar fasciitis. Weekly ESWT and EMTT treatments over 6 weeks were recommended. Throughout the treatment period, I had great support from Ben, Ms Nurul and also the front desk stuff. Despite the ups and downs during healing process, the team had been super assuring and supportive. Ben also recommended that I adjust my weekly workout routines after the 6 weeks. I am now back to being active and is grateful for the team's great support! Special shoutout to Ms Nurul who always greeted me with a big smile and ensure I was comfortable every single session!
