I have made this clinic my default to go to clinic. The service here is great. The front counter lady may sound fierce but she's actually quite warm and friendly. The dietician is very knowledgeable and it feels like talking to a friend. The male doctor that I saw is not only very professional, he also really cares about your health. He gave me plenty of advice on how to manage their overall health.

Call in to book a slot first so as to prevent cross contamination with other patients. The staff listens attentively and will slot in to urgent request when need arises. When my mum fell at the coffeeshop upstairs, they slot her in upon request so as to get her assessed. I am thankful for their kindness and professionalism.

The staff at this clinic are excellent. I earlier booked an appointment with the frontier medical clinic. But didn’t receive any confirmation message with regard to it. But I assumed I did it at this clinic and reached there at the specified time which 9 am.(given to Me over phone, May be I did with another frontier clinic which I am not sure), but when I reached the clinic I learnt my appointment was not there, I was deeply dissapointed. Even though it was my mistake the staff answered me courteously and attempted their best and accommodated me for the vaccination. Deeply appreciate their gesture!! Kind of u. God bless them. Hats off to them.🙋‍♂️🙏

Staff over the counter was very helpful. Given us a brochure and ask us to apply for CHAS card to save more money in healthcare after understanding that we have a family of 10 but only 2 working adult. Thankful & grateful.

Great attentiveness to my 2.5 year old son from both nurses and Dr Chong, was able to book for a 8pm slot at the last minute due to son's sudden high fever, even though i know usually it will be long queue if we walk in, overall satisfied with the visit!

Clinic with Professional and Friendly staff . Special mention to Robyn and Sharon who are always attentive to patient needs & wants. Also fortunately to be regularly attended by DR Tiah who is caring, dedicated and attention to detail. She takes the time to clearly explain enquiries i have.

Small clinic in the neighborhood. Parking is a nightmare but not their fault. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Chong is great - professional and gentle and caring. I like that the clinic goes by appointments so no more long waiting time.

Win, the receptionist attending to me was courteous and professional. Dr Chong is ever so professional and empathetic with his advice for over 20years in the clinic.

Out of desperation to look for a good doctor near Hougang, I chance upon Frontier Medical Clinic at Buangkok Crescent. After reading the good reviews, I decided to consult Dr Chong the resident doctor on Monday evening, 22 August. Dr Chong is a calm, nice doctor going through my blood test result with detailed explanations. Not forgetting to mention the 2 nurses on duty, they are friendly and polite when attending to my registration. Highly recommended clinic!!
