The clinic staff are friendly, helpful and know their jobs well. Dr. Goh Shu Huey is my favourite doctor. She is very friendly and I can confide with her anything. Kudos to all in Frontier Medical Yishun Branch.

9.15am reached. The front desk staff should have told me about the waiting time prior to registering and giving me the Q number. The Q move so slowly. Quoted time 1.5-2hrs after registration. They added, right now only 4-5 ppl u can just wait here. When I reach Q is 3, now almost 2h Q8 only @ 11.10am and my Q is 14. So, unless you have the world time to wait, if not, this clinic is not for you. It's worse than a popular doctor I went. If the staff bad attitude, this would be a 1 star rating already. But they are friendly. Just information should be more precise as it's wasting everyone time.

How I wish this clinic is just walkable distance from my house! The registration and the waiting for medication was fast compare to the clinic just opposite my house! Staff are very friendly and the doc is nice too, explaining the HPV test that I'm going to take.

Professional and friendly staff & doctor. It’s my first time visiting this clinic, which I chose based on the positive reviews. I had a very seamless and pleasant visit, just like the other reviewers. Was able to register and get a queue number over the phone, so as to minimise the time spent waiting in the clinic. Consultation charge was reasonable at $32. Would highly recommend.

Kudos to Dr Goh and reception staff for their hard work. My family was down with covid one by one. They gave clear instructions and allowed us to go home to wait as the Q was very long. If you don’t wish to wait, you can call the clinic beforehand to get a number. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Warm and friendly staff (:
