I have been accompany my parent to see Dr Richard Chen for years. He is very kind and very informative even we are not staying in Singapore. Recounting the services I received during therapy for the thyroid disease I suffered at this hospital was really a very easy matter. There were many good things that I received during my outpatient treatment at Gleneagles Hospital, especially the service from Dr. Richard Chen with the team. After changing doctors several times (because the two previous doctors were retiring, these two doctors also provided very good and friendly service) finally, by God's grace, I was met by Dr. Richard Chen and started outpatient treatment for my thyroid therapy. About 4 years of outpatient treatment (note: 2 years during the pandemic I couldn't see a doctor) now after being treated again by him, I have completely recovered from hyperthyroidism. It's been 2 years since I no longer need to take medication. By His grace, God healed me through the treatment performed by Dr. Richard Chen and team. Thank you for the very satisfying service, friendliness provided and patience in dealing with me during treatment with Dr. Richard Chen and team. Thank you also to Mrs. Fa'izah Abdul Talip who always helps me in communicating with Dr. Richard. May God grant health to all of us. Amen. 🙏🏻😍😇
