Visited Healix TCM as it was near my residence. The experience was really good. Met up with Vivian and she was really meticulous in explaining the things in details so that I get a clearer understanding of what’s going on with my body. Got recommended cupping treatment with acupuncture to help with my injury on my shoulder. Was actually quite afraid of the needles but they used such fine needles that I didnt even feel anything. Its been three days now and I would say that I surely feels alot better and my range of motion is better as well. I would definitely recommend Healix to anyone who want to see a TCM for injuries or general good health.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Physician was attentive, professional, listened to my issues, was able to diagnose readily, explain to me the cause of my issues, treat my ailments and recommended follow up exercise routines to strengthen and correct my muscle imbalances.

I’ve been visiting Healix for my recovery and sports injuries, and it has become my go-to place for maintenance due to my high-intensity sports activities. The doctor here is incredibly attentive and brings a unique set of strengths to their practice (different doctors has different strengths to their practice) and level of care and attention to detail is great, making it the perfect spot for both me and my elderly family members. I highly recommend Healix for anyone looking for effective treatments.

Visited Healix TCM (Vivian) for menstrual issues, eczema troubles and general wellbeing. After the first 2 sessions, improvements was seen and after the 3rd/4th session, things got significantly better. No more cramps, eczema was improving and body was feeling happier generally too. Felt safe going through this process of natural treatments - needling, cupping and herbal medications - knowing that I will not need to compromise my body with side effects.

I've been seeing Dr. Vivian Lee since 2016 when she worked at a different TCM clinic, and I'm so glad I followed her to Healix TCM Clinic. Dr. Lee is incredibly friendly and approachable, making every visit a pleasant experience. I've visited her for general health concerns and pain/sports injuries management, and her acupuncture and cupping sessions have been very effective. One of the reasons I continue to see Dr. Lee is her bilingual ability—it makes communication so much easier since my Mandarin isn't perfect.

Overall I had a good experience with a new physician Lionel. Consultation went well. The acupuncture was a bit too long but I understand that the other patient had so many concerns. The tension on the neck was gone when I left, which I was very pleased with but unfortunately the pins and needles came back and now going to bed, it's starting to tense again. So I think I will monitor first or wait to go back to my usual physician, Ella when she's available.

Visited both Physician Lyonel and Physician Vivian for different conditions on separate occasions. Had a really enjoyable experience with both of them. Both of them are extremely patient centred. Physician Vivian is very knowledgable with aspects on Women’s health and is very detailed when it comes down to understanding the patient thoroughly. She is also gentle during acupuncture and checks in with you regularly to ensure that you are comfortable. Physician Lyonel was very thorough in providing holistic treatment, where he looks at a patient from a holistic point of view and does not only treat symptoms, which I really appreciate. He was very comprehensive during the session and did a reassessment after the treatment, which showed great improvements. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a holistic treatment for themselves. 👍🏻

Amazing and improvement in my health after having met Physician Lei. The Physicians all are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lei has helped me recover from several different injuries, as well as helped me understand more about my body and how to strengthen and prevent future injuries. The facilities are well equipped, comfortable, and clean, and the place is pretty easy to get to.

Had a one month long sprained neck and the pain has been on and off. It took two sessions with Lionel to get fully recovered. He is very comprehensive in his diagnosis and also very focused on overall body treatment. On my second visit I still had a bit of pain left and he released some pressure points on my chest. I was very surprised that the neckache got relieved immediately and I can bend my neck to the back fully way smoother. He gave me a lot of pointers how I can engage the right muscles in the future to prevent this and also to be conscious in my breathing. I really learnt alot from him!

Physician Lee listens attentively to my enquiry and patiently answers all of them. I was suffering from a lower back issue due to sports injury.
